【摘要】：目的探討開展品管圈活動讓護士進行胰島素注射時規(guī)范輪換注射部位的效果。方法由9名護士組成品管圈小組,以"提高胰島素注射部位規(guī)范輪換執(zhí)行率"為活動主題,選定主題后調(diào)查現(xiàn)狀、分析原因、設(shè)定目標(biāo)、制定對策、組織實施、確認效果并采取措施。結(jié)果開展品管圈活動后護士注射胰島素時規(guī)范輪換注射部位執(zhí)行率顯著提高,由原來的59.33%上升為90.63%(P0.05),圈員7個方面的能力得到提高,平均成長值為21.38%,護士對胰島素注射部位輪換相關(guān)知識的知曉率由85%提升到98%。結(jié)論開展品管圈活動有效提高護士胰島素注射部位規(guī)范輪換的執(zhí)行率,同時提高了圈員發(fā)現(xiàn)問題和解決問題的能力,增強團隊合作意識。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of quality control circle activities for nurses to standardize the rotation of injection sites during insulin injection. Methods 9 nurses formed a quality control ring group. To "improve the rotation rate of insulin injection site" as the activity theme, select the theme after the investigation of the status quo, analysis of the reasons, set goals, formulate strategies, organize implementation. Results the implementation rate of the standard rotation injection site was significantly increased when the nurses injected insulin after the quality control circle activities were carried out. From the original 59.33% to 90.63 P0.05, the ability of the circle member in seven aspects has been improved, the average growth value is 21.38%. The awareness of nurses about the rotation of insulin injection sites increased from 85% to 98.Conclusion the implementation rate of standard rotation of insulin injection sites of nurses can be improved effectively by carrying out quality control circle activities. At the same time, improve the circle of problem-finding and problem-solving ability, enhance the sense of teamwork.
