【摘要】:正附錄A附錄B附錄C醫(yī)院急診工作場(chǎng)所不同類別暴力事件處理策略1言辭辱罵沉著冷靜,耐心解釋。如果上述溝通失敗,及時(shí)交給其他護(hù)士或醫(yī)師處理。護(hù)士由護(hù)士長(zhǎng)或其授權(quán)人選來(lái)指定;醫(yī)師則由科主任、相關(guān)負(fù)責(zé)人或者在場(chǎng)最高級(jí)職稱醫(yī)師指定。如果上述溝通失敗,則有意識(shí)地將患者或其家屬轉(zhuǎn)至醫(yī)務(wù)處(非其值班時(shí)間,則可通知行政總值班);視情況可通知科主任。面臨局勢(shì)升級(jí),判斷患者或家屬可能由言辭辱罵轉(zhuǎn)為暴力威脅,或即將使用暴力,則按"2威脅使用暴力""3已經(jīng)使用暴力"處理流程。
