【摘要】：目的解決泌尿腔鏡術(shù)中沖洗液外溢污染和標(biāo)本游離于沖洗液中容易流失的問題。方法研制手術(shù)標(biāo)本收集器。選取手術(shù)患者212例,分為實(shí)驗(yàn)組、對(duì)照組各106例,對(duì)沖洗液溢出造成的污染發(fā)生率、患者舒適度及護(hù)理滿意度進(jìn)行比較,以評(píng)價(jià)應(yīng)用效果。結(jié)果實(shí)驗(yàn)組在沖洗液溢出手術(shù)區(qū)域外造成的污染明顯低于對(duì)照組(P0.05),患者舒適度及護(hù)理滿意度明顯高于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論在泌尿腔鏡手術(shù)中應(yīng)用手術(shù)標(biāo)本收集器,能有效地減少對(duì)手術(shù)室醫(yī)護(hù)人員及環(huán)境的污染,提高了手術(shù)標(biāo)本的留存率,增加患者的舒適度及滿意度,保證手術(shù)的順利進(jìn)行。
[Abstract]:Objective to solve the problems of effusion of irrigation fluid during uroscopy and the easy loss of specimen free from the washing fluid. Methods A sample collector was developed. 212 patients were selected and divided into experimental group. In the control group, 106 cases in each group were compared for the incidence of pollution caused by irrigation fluid overflow, the degree of comfort of the patients and the degree of satisfaction of nursing. Results the results showed that the pollution caused by flushing fluid overflow in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P0.05). The patients' comfort degree and nursing satisfaction were significantly higher than that of the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion the application of the specimen collector in uroendoscopic surgery can effectively reduce the pollution to the medical staff and the environment in the operating room. It can improve the retention rate of surgical specimens, increase the comfort and satisfaction of the patients, and ensure the smooth progress of the operation.
