【摘要】：目的探討門診生化標(biāo)本周轉(zhuǎn)時間(TAT)的實(shí)時監(jiān)測與持續(xù)改進(jìn)措施。方法通過對本實(shí)驗(yàn)室2014年第4季度至2015年第3季度門診生化標(biāo)本在儀器設(shè)備更換、工作流程改進(jìn)與采取持續(xù)改進(jìn)措施后,檢驗(yàn)前周轉(zhuǎn)時間[TAT(1)],實(shí)驗(yàn)室內(nèi)周轉(zhuǎn)時間[TAT(2)],總的周轉(zhuǎn)時間[TAT(總)]和閾外值率的實(shí)時監(jiān)測與統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,觀察本室TAT在采取改進(jìn)措施與持續(xù)改進(jìn)措施后的變化。結(jié)果 TAT(1)中位數(shù)與90%位數(shù)從2014年第4季度的16.9min與34.6min下降至2015年第3季度的13.7min與33.4min,TAT(2)中位數(shù)與90%位數(shù)從2014年第4季度的64.6min與101.5min下降至2015年第3季度的50.4min與79.1min,TAT(總)中位數(shù)與90%位數(shù)從2014年第4季度的84.4min與137.0min下降至2015年第3季度的65.8min與100.8min,閾外值率從2014年第4季度的9.19%下降至2015年第3季度的3.55%。2014年第4季度至2015年第3季度TAT(1),TAT(2),TAT(總)與閾外值率各組數(shù)據(jù)比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01)。結(jié)論 TAT實(shí)時監(jiān)測分析與持續(xù)改進(jìn)措施可以優(yōu)化標(biāo)本流通環(huán)節(jié),提升檢測效率。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the clinic biochemical specimen turnaround time (TAT) of the real-time monitoring and continuous improvement measures. Methods by the laboratory of the fourth quarter of 2014 to the third quarter of 2015 were replaced in outpatient biochemical equipment, process improvement and continuous improvement measures taken after the turnover time of [TAT test before (1)], the laboratory turnaround time ([TAT 2)], the total turnover time of [TAT (total)] real-time monitoring and statistical analysis and threshold values of rate, the observation room in TAT take change and continuous improvement measures after the improvement measures. Results of TAT (1) 13.7min and 33.4min and the median 90% digits from the fourth quarter of 2014 and 2015 fell to 34.6min 16.9min in the third quarter, TAT (2) 50.4min and 79.1min median and 90% digits from the fourth quarter of 2014, 64.6min and 101.5min dropped to the third quarter of 2015, TAT (total) 84.4min and median 137.0mi with 90% digits from the fourth quarter of 2014 65.8min and 100.8min n fell to the third quarter of 2015, outside the threshold value rate from the fourth quarter of 2014 fell to 9.19% in the third quarter of 2015 3.55%.2014 in the fourth quarter to the third quarter of 2015 (TAT 1), TAT (2), TAT (total) difference was statistically significant compared with the threshold values of each data rate (P0.01). Conclusion TAT real-time monitoring analysis and continuous improvement measures can optimize specimen circulation, improve the detection efficiency.
