【摘要】：目的:探討正念在腫瘤科護(hù)士人格特征和心理困擾之間的中介作用。方法:選取山東省腫瘤科護(hù)士172名[平均(32±7)歲],采用大五人格問卷(BFI)、正念注意覺知量表(MAAS)、Kessler10量表(K10)調(diào)查其人格特征、正念水平及心理困擾情況。采用Bootstrap檢驗(yàn)進(jìn)行中介作用分析。結(jié)果:腫瘤科護(hù)士的K10平均得分為(22.3±6.5),50.6%的腫瘤科護(hù)士存在心理困擾問題。K10得分與BFI的外傾性、宜人性、盡責(zé)性得分及MAAS總分均呈負(fù)相關(guān)(r=-0.29、-0.31、-0.31、-0.48,均P0.01),而與神經(jīng)質(zhì)得分呈正相關(guān)(r=0.40,P0.01)。Bootstrap檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果顯示正念在神經(jīng)質(zhì)人格和心理困擾間的95%CI為0.05~0.28,中介效應(yīng)占總效應(yīng)的27.1%。結(jié)論:腫瘤科護(hù)士的人格特征和正念與心理困擾關(guān)系密切,正念可以中介神經(jīng)質(zhì)人格與心理困擾之間的關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the mediating effect of mindfulness between personality characteristics and psychological distress of oncology nurses. Methods: 172 nurses in Shandong oncology department were selected. [The average age was 32 鹵7 years old. The personality characteristics were investigated by using BFIX, MAASA, Kessler10 and K10. The level of mindfulness and psychological distress were analyzed by Bootstrap test. Results: the average score of K10 of oncology nurses was 22. 3 鹵6. 5). 50.6% nurses in oncology department had psychological problems. K10 scores were negatively correlated with extroversion, humanity, due diligence and total MAAS score of BFI. There was a positive correlation between the score of neuroticism and the score of neuroticism (P = 0.40). The results of P0.01and Bootstrap test showed that the 95% CI of mindfulness between neurotic personality and psychological distress was 0.05 鹵0.28. Conclusion: the personality characteristics and mindfulness of oncology nurses are closely related to psychological distress, and mindfulness can mediate the relationship between neurotic personality and psychological distress.
