【摘要】：目的評(píng)估新入職護(hù)士尋求幫助能力存在的問題并進(jìn)行培訓(xùn),觀察培訓(xùn)效果。方法選取某醫(yī)院28個(gè)科室入職30~60 d的40名護(hù)士作為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)新入職護(hù)士采取自行制訂的尋求幫助能力實(shí)地觀察表進(jìn)行評(píng)估,評(píng)估內(nèi)容包括尋求幫助的意識(shí)、尋求幫助時(shí)機(jī),求助對(duì)象、求助時(shí)問題描述、求助過程中對(duì)患者的解釋共5個(gè)維度,根據(jù)存在問題制訂系統(tǒng)化的培訓(xùn)課程,并采取多樣化的教學(xué)方法實(shí)施規(guī)范培訓(xùn),評(píng)估培訓(xùn)效果,針對(duì)第1次培訓(xùn)后合格率不高的項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行第2次培訓(xùn)和臨床督導(dǎo)。結(jié)果 2次培訓(xùn)后,40名新入職護(hù)士尋求幫助能力考核全部合格。結(jié)論新入職護(hù)士尋求幫助能力的整體水平不高,系統(tǒng)、規(guī)范的培訓(xùn)能有效提高新入職護(hù)士的正確尋求幫助的能力。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the problems existing in the new nurses' ability to seek help and to observe the effect of the training. Methods 40 nurses from 28 departments of a hospital were selected for 3060 days. To evaluate the new nurse's self-made field observation form of ability to seek help, including the consciousness of seeking help, the time of seeking help, the object of help, and the description of the problem of seeking help. In the process of seeking help, the patients were explained in five dimensions. According to the existing problems, a systematic training course was developed, and standardized training was carried out with a variety of teaching methods, and the training effect was evaluated. The second training and clinical supervision were carried out for the items with low qualification rate after the first training. Conclusion the overall level of new nurses' ability to seek help is not high and systematic. Standardized training can effectively improve the ability of new nurses to seek help correctly.
