【摘要】：量化評(píng)價(jià)傷口治療效果已成為傷口治療領(lǐng)域的新趨勢(shì),美國壓瘡專家咨詢組研制的壓瘡愈合計(jì)分量表(PUSH)最初用于量化評(píng)價(jià)壓瘡的治療效果,后被引入用于評(píng)價(jià)不同類型的傷口治療效果。文章從PUSH跨專業(yè)應(yīng)用的信效度研究和臨床應(yīng)用進(jìn)展進(jìn)行綜述,旨在為臨床正確應(yīng)用該工具提供參考。
[Abstract]:Quantitative evaluation of wound treatment effect has become a new trend in the field of wound treatment. The pressure sore Healing score scale developed by American pressure sore expert Advisory Group was initially used to quantitatively evaluate the therapeutic effect of pressure sore. Then it was introduced to evaluate the effect of different types of wound treatment. This article reviews the reliability and validity of cross-professional application of PUSH and advances in clinical application in order to provide a reference for the correct clinical application of the tool.
