【摘要】：目的將微陣列檢測技術應用于早期胚胎停育患者流產組織染色體分析,探討其在胚胎停育遺傳學病因分析中的應用價值。方法收集273例確診為胚胎停育并行人工流產患者的流產組織,進行微陣列檢測。結果 273例早期胚胎停育患者中,結果陽性者占41.4%。染色體數目異常61例,占22.34%;染色體結構異常43例,包括末端缺失/重復和內部微缺失和微重復,占15.75%;嵌合體9例,占3.3%。結論微陣列檢測應用于胚胎停育患者流產組織染色體分析具有較強的特異性,能提供更全面的信息,在遺傳學病因診斷和再生育風險評估中有較好的應用價值。
[Abstract]:Objective to apply the technique of microarray detection to the analysis of chromosomes in abortive tissues of patients with early embryo arrest. To explore its application value in etiological analysis of fetal arrest. Methods 273 cases of abortive tissue were collected. Results among 273 cases of early embryo termination, 41.4 cases were positive, and 61 cases (22.34%) had abnormal chromosome number, and the number of chromosomes was abnormal in 61 cases (22.34%), and the number of chromosomes was abnormal in 61 cases (22.34%). Chromosomal structural abnormalities were found in 43 cases, including terminal deletion / duplication and internal microdeletion and microduplication, accounting for 15.75%. Conclusion the application of microarray detection in chromosome analysis of abortive tissues in patients with fetal arrest has strong specificity and can provide more comprehensive information. It has good application value in genetic etiology diagnosis and risk assessment of re-fertility.
