【摘要】：目的探討乳腺鉬靶X線檢查時(shí)簇狀鈣化灶對(duì)乳腺癌的診斷價(jià)值。方法收集2013年1月至2015年7月于安徽醫(yī)科大學(xué)第一附屬醫(yī)院放射科行乳腺鉬靶X線攝片檢查的17例乳腺癌患者,均顯示簇狀鈣化,其入選標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為鈣化的每平方厘米數(shù)目(N/S)≥5枚,分析鈣化的N/S、位置和密度。結(jié)果 17例乳腺癌患者共發(fā)現(xiàn)18處簇狀鈣化灶,其中9處位于外上象限,5處位于中央?yún)^(qū),3處位于內(nèi)上象限,1處位于外下象限;N/S≥10的16處(占89%),2處乳腺癌的N/S10;呈泥沙狀鈣化灶17處,顆粒狀鈣化灶1處;12處簇狀鈣化灶內(nèi)含有小桿狀鈣化,15處簇狀鈣化灶內(nèi)可見分叉狀鈣化;表現(xiàn)為等及稍高密度有10處,高密度有8處。結(jié)論乳腺鉬靶X線攝影對(duì)伴有簇狀鈣化的乳腺癌的診斷有重要意義。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the diagnostic value of cluster calcification in mammography. Methods mammography was performed from January 2013 to July 2015 in the Department of Radiology, the first affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University. 17 patients with breast cancer were examined by radiographs.
