【摘要】：目的采用趨勢(shì)分析方法對(duì)血液成分質(zhì)量進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。方法收集整理2015年質(zhì)量抽檢頻次規(guī)則為每月1次的7種血液成分質(zhì)量控制數(shù)據(jù),選取關(guān)鍵指標(biāo),采取制作折線圖的方式,并設(shè)置警戒限和行動(dòng)限,進(jìn)行連續(xù)性趨勢(shì)分析。結(jié)果造成7種血液成分抽檢結(jié)果未能100%符合《全血及成分血質(zhì)量要求》的關(guān)鍵指標(biāo)有容量、Hb、Hct、血小板含量、p H、Ⅷ因子活性、纖維蛋白原含量、亞甲藍(lán)殘留量、血漿蛋白含量。除新鮮冰凍血漿、冷沉淀凝血因子符合率未達(dá)到每月75%抽檢結(jié)果落在質(zhì)量控制范圍內(nèi)的要求,其余血液成分的采集和制備過程均受控。結(jié)論根據(jù)趨勢(shì)分析圖進(jìn)行連續(xù)性趨勢(shì)分析的方法適用于血液成分質(zhì)控項(xiàng)目,為血液制品穩(wěn)定性評(píng)價(jià)提供了借鑒。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the quality of blood components by trend analysis. Methods to collect and sort out the data of quality control of 7 kinds of blood components in 2015, in which the frequency of quality sampling was once a month, and select the key indexes. Take the method of making broken line map, and set warning limit and action limit. The results showed that the key indexes which failed to meet the requirements of blood quality of whole blood and components were the volume of HbHbHctand the platelet content of HbHct.The results showed that the results of 7 kinds of blood samples did not meet the requirements of blood quality of whole blood and components.
