【摘要】：目的探討腦膜瘤的表觀擴(kuò)散系數(shù)(ADC)值、相對(duì)表觀擴(kuò)散系數(shù)(rADC)值與Ki-67增殖指數(shù)的相關(guān)性,提高術(shù)前評(píng)估腦膜瘤復(fù)發(fā)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的準(zhǔn)確率。方法回顧性分析經(jīng)病理證實(shí)且行Ki-67陽(yáng)性率測(cè)定的47例腦膜瘤患者資料,術(shù)前均行常規(guī)MRI及DWI檢查,測(cè)量腫瘤實(shí)質(zhì)、腫瘤實(shí)質(zhì)對(duì)側(cè)鏡面正常區(qū)的ADC及ADCwm值,計(jì)算rADC值(ADC/ADC_(wm))并分析ADC、rADC與Ki-67增殖指數(shù)的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果腦膜瘤的ADC值與Ki-67增殖指數(shù)呈負(fù)相關(guān)(r~2=0.33,P0.001),rADC值與Ki-67增殖指數(shù)也呈負(fù)相關(guān)(r~2=0.31,P0.001)。結(jié)論 ADC值、rADC值與Ki-67增殖指數(shù)的負(fù)相關(guān)關(guān)系對(duì)術(shù)前明確腦膜瘤的病理級(jí)別及手術(shù)方式的選擇很有價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Objective To investigate the correlation between the value of apparent diffusion coefficient ( ADC ) and the value of apparent diffusion coefficient ( rADC ) and Ki - 67 proliferation index , and to improve the accuracy of preoperative evaluation of the risk of recurrence . The correlation between ADC value and Ki - 67 proliferation index was analyzed retrospectively . Results The ADC value was negatively correlated with Ki - 67 proliferation index ( r ~ 2 = 0.33 , P0.001 ) , and the rADC value was negatively correlated with Ki - 67 proliferation index ( r ~ 2 = 0.31 , P 0.001 ) . Conclusion The negative correlation between ADC value , rADC value and Ki - 67 proliferation index is valuable for the preoperative diagnosis of the pathological grade and surgical mode .
