【摘要】：總結(jié)76例臨時(shí)性腸造口還納術(shù)患者的全程化護(hù)理,主要包括吻合口護(hù)理、術(shù)前檢查、造口周圍皮膚護(hù)理、肛周皮膚護(hù)理和健康教育等,結(jié)果顯示76例患者均于腸造口術(shù)后3~6個(gè)月完成造口還納術(shù),術(shù)后恢復(fù)順利,無嚴(yán)重并發(fā)癥發(fā)生,護(hù)理效果佳。認(rèn)為全程化護(hù)理可減少造口還納術(shù)術(shù)后并發(fā)癥,提高患者生活質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:The whole process nursing to summarize 76 cases of temporary colostomy reposition surgery patients, including stoma nursing, preoperative examination, nursing of skin around the stoma, perianal skin care and health education, the results showed that 76 cases were in 3~6 months after the completion of colostomy colostomy closure, postoperative recovery smoothly no serious complications occurred, the nursing effect is good. That whole nursing of colostomy closure can reduce postoperative complications and improve the life quality of the patients.
