【摘要】：目的翻譯并評價預防社會隔離的自我效能評定量表(CSES)在社區(qū)居住老年人中應用的信效度。方法 2017年1—4月,采用便利抽樣法在遼寧省沈陽市、錦州市、鞍山市、遼陽市、盤錦市、大連市對1 023名符合要求的社區(qū)居住老年人發(fā)放問卷。采用中文版CSES、中文版社會網(wǎng)絡量表(LSNS-6)、一般自我效能感評定量表(GSES)對其進行調(diào)查。評價中文版CSES的效度與信度。結果共發(fā)放問卷1 023份,回收1 009份,有效問卷982份,有效回收率為96.0%。CSES總分與LSNS-6總分的相關系數(shù)為0.79(P0.001);CSES總分與GSES總分的相關系數(shù)為0.83(P0.001)。各條目的內(nèi)容效度指數(shù)(CVI)為0.750~1.000,平均CVI值為0.910。主成分分析法抽取2個維度,累積貢獻率達67.67%。驗證性因子分析顯示,擬合指標近似誤差均方根(RMSEA)為0.041,擬合優(yōu)度指數(shù)(GFI)為0.985,調(diào)整擬合優(yōu)度指數(shù)(AGFI)為0.972,比較擬合指數(shù)(CFI)為0.990。平均條目-總分相關系數(shù)為0.71,量表總Cronbach'sα系數(shù)為0.86,社區(qū)網(wǎng)絡Cronbach'sα系數(shù)為0.84,鄰里守望Cronbach'sα系數(shù)為0.83,重測信度系數(shù)為0.90。結論中文版CSES具有較好的信效度,可用于社區(qū)居住老年人預防社會隔離的自我效能評估。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the reliability and validity of CSEs in the elderly living in community. Methods from 2017 to April. Convenience sampling method was used to distribute questionnaires to 1 023 elderly people living in communities in Shenyang, Jinzhou, Anshan, Liaoyang, Panjin and Dalian, Liaoning Province. The Chinese version of CSES was used. Chinese version of social network scale LSNS-6). General Self-efficacy scale (GSES) was used to evaluate the validity and reliability of the Chinese version of CSES. Results 1 023 questionnaires were sent out and 1 009 copies were recovered. The correlation coefficient between the total score of CSES and the total score of LSNS-6 was 0.79 P0.001; The correlation coefficient between the total score of CSES and the total score of GSES was 0.83g P0.0010.The content validity index (CVI) of each item was 0.750 / 1.000. The average CVI value was 0.910. Two dimensions were extracted by principal component analysis (PCA) and the cumulative contribution rate was 67.67.The confirmatory factor analysis showed that. The approximate error of fitting index RMSEAA was 0.041, the index of goodness of fit (GFI) was 0.985, and the adjusted index of goodness of fit (AGFI) was 0.972. The relative fitting index (CFI) was 0.990. The correlation coefficient of the average item-total score was 0.71, and the total Cronbach's 偽 coefficient of the scale was 0.86. The Cronbach's 偽 coefficient of community network was 0.84, and the Cronbach's 偽 coefficient of neighborhood watch was 0.83. Conclusion the Chinese version of CSES has a good reliability and validity, which can be used to evaluate the self-efficacy of the elderly in community to prevent social isolation.
