急救社區(qū)化管理模式對(duì)呼叫反應(yīng)時(shí)間的影響研究

【摘要】:目的評(píng)價(jià)急救社區(qū)化管理模式對(duì)呼叫反應(yīng)時(shí)間的影響,探索優(yōu)化院前急救管理的途徑。方法本研究數(shù)據(jù)來源于北京市急救中心指揮調(diào)度平臺(tái)。以采用急救社區(qū)化管理模式的北京市朝陽區(qū)為干預(yù)組,未采用急救社區(qū)化管理模式的北京市某區(qū)為對(duì)照組。干預(yù)組于2014年開始全面實(shí)施急救社區(qū)化管理模式,采集兩組2013年1月和2014年1月的出車數(shù)據(jù),采用倍差法(DID)計(jì)算急救社區(qū)化管理模式產(chǎn)生的呼叫反應(yīng)時(shí)間凈變化。結(jié)果急救社區(qū)化實(shí)施后(2014年1月)干預(yù)組平均呼叫反應(yīng)時(shí)間為15.84 min,比實(shí)施前(2013年1月,17.09 min)縮短了1.25min;2014年1月對(duì)照組平均呼叫反應(yīng)時(shí)間為19.18 min,比2013年1月(19.32 min)縮短了0.14 min,兩區(qū)同期平均呼叫反應(yīng)時(shí)間縮短量的凈差值為1.11 min。急救社區(qū)化管理模式對(duì)縮短平均呼叫反應(yīng)時(shí)間有正向的作用(P0.05)。結(jié)論急救社區(qū)化工作的開展縮短了呼叫反應(yīng)時(shí)間,朝陽區(qū)急救社區(qū)化模式可為今后院前急救醫(yī)療服務(wù)體系的發(fā)展提供一套可借鑒的管理模式。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the effect of community management mode on call response time. Methods the data of this study came from the command and dispatch platform of Beijing Emergency treatment Center. The intervention group was Chaoyang District of Beijing, which adopted the community management model of first aid. No emergency community management model was used in a certain district of Beijing as the control group. The intervention group began to implement the emergency community management model in 2014. Two groups of data were collected from January 2013 and January 2014. The net change of call response time caused by the community management model of first aid was calculated by using double difference method. Results after the implementation of community first aid (January 2014). The average response time of the intervention group was 15.84 min. It was 1.25 mins shorter than that before implementation (January 2013, 17.09 min); The average response time of the control group in January 2014 was 19.18 mins, 0.14 min shorter than that in January 2013 (19.32 mins). The net difference of the average call response time between the two districts was 1.11 min. There was a positive effect of emergency community management mode on shortening the average call response time (P0.05). Conclusion the community work of emergency treatment shortens the call response time. The community mode of first aid in Chaoyang district can provide a set of management model for the development of pre-hospital emergency medical service system in the future.
