【摘要】：目的探討職場(chǎng)正念對(duì)護(hù)士工作使命感的影響并檢驗(yàn)組織認(rèn)同的中介效應(yīng)。方法通過(guò)一個(gè)橫斷面式的網(wǎng)絡(luò)問卷調(diào)查收集資料,采用階層線性回歸法驗(yàn)證變量間的作用關(guān)系。結(jié)果職場(chǎng)正念能夠顯著正向預(yù)測(cè)組織認(rèn)同(β=0.348,P0.01)和工作使命感(β=0.281,P0.01);組織認(rèn)同能夠顯著正向預(yù)測(cè)工作使命感(β=0.534,P0.01);組織認(rèn)同在職場(chǎng)正念與工作使命感的關(guān)系中扮演部分中介角色。結(jié)論職場(chǎng)正念可以提升護(hù)士組織認(rèn)同與依附,進(jìn)而間接促進(jìn)工作使命感。同時(shí),職場(chǎng)正念可以通過(guò)提升核心自我評(píng)價(jià)、提高職業(yè)生涯韌性和維護(hù)護(hù)士職業(yè)適應(yīng),直接提高她們的工作使命感。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effects of workplace mindfulness on nurses' work sense of mission and test the mediating effect of organizational identification method. Through the network questionnaire survey of a cross-sectional data collection, using the hierarchical linear regression method to verify the relations between variables. The workplace mindfulness could positively predict organizational identification (beta =0.348, P0.01) and the sense of mission (beta =0.281, P0.01); organizational identity could positively predict job mission (beta =0.534, P0.01); organizational identity plays a part intermediary role between workplace mindfulness and sense of mission work in the workplace. Conclusion mindfulness can enhance nurses' organizational identification and attachment, and indirectly promote the sense of mission. At the same time, the workplace can enhance mindfulness the core self evaluation, improve the occupation career resilience and maintenance of nurse occupation adaptation, directly improve their sense of mission work.
