【摘要】：目的研究院外跟蹤護(hù)理對(duì)重癥手足口病患兒臨床效果及生活質(zhì)量的影響。方法收集醫(yī)院2014年4月-2016年11月136例重癥患兒,隨機(jī)分為試驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組,每組68例,對(duì)照組采用常規(guī)護(hù)理,試驗(yàn)組采用院外跟蹤護(hù)理,比較兩組患兒病情康復(fù)時(shí)間,出院后生活質(zhì)量及與本病相關(guān)的再感染及再住院率。結(jié)果兩組患兒感染以腸道病毒71型為主,差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義;試驗(yàn)組的康復(fù)時(shí)間顯著少于對(duì)照組,兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);試驗(yàn)組生活質(zhì)量評(píng)分中焦慮體驗(yàn)、生活環(huán)境、軀體體驗(yàn)、抑郁體驗(yàn)等生活質(zhì)量評(píng)分高于對(duì)照組,兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);再感染及再住院率對(duì)比,試驗(yàn)組明顯低于對(duì)照組,兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論院外跟蹤護(hù)理可促進(jìn)患兒病情康復(fù),提高患兒出院后生活質(zhì)量,降低再感染及再住院的發(fā)生率。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of external follow-up nursing on the clinical effect and quality of life of children with severe hand-foot-mouth disease. Methods from April 2014 to November 2016, 136 patients with severe hand, foot and mouth disease were collected. The patients in each group were divided into two groups randomly, 68 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing, and the patients in the test group were followed up outside the hospital. The recovery time of the patients in the two groups was compared. Results the infection of enterovirus 71 was the main infection in the two groups, and there was no significant difference between the two groups. The rehabilitation time in the test group was significantly less than that in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P 0.05). The scores of anxiety, living environment, somatic experience and depression in the test group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P 0.05). The rate of re-infection and re-hospitalization in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P0.050.Conclusion the out-of-hospital follow-up nursing can promote the recovery of the child's condition. To improve the quality of life and reduce the incidence of re-infection and re-hospitalization.
