【摘要】：目的:探討穴位按摩法配合康復(fù)訓(xùn)練對腦卒中單側(cè)忽略患者康復(fù)的療效。方法:對2015年10月—2016年9月在2所醫(yī)院住院的腦卒中后偏癱患者進行神經(jīng)心理學(xué)評測,確定158例右大腦半球卒中后單側(cè)空間忽略患者,隨機分為兩組:試驗組79例和對照組79例;對照組給予傳統(tǒng)的康復(fù)訓(xùn)練和康復(fù)指導(dǎo),試驗組除常規(guī)傳統(tǒng)的康復(fù)訓(xùn)練和康復(fù)指導(dǎo)外由護士給予穴位按摩,并分別在治療前及康復(fù)后8周對患者進行腦卒中單側(cè)忽略評定及給予日常生活自理能力評定、Fugl-Meyer運動功能評定和簡易精神狀態(tài)檢查,并比較。結(jié)果:康復(fù)8周后試驗組單側(cè)忽略的改善程度優(yōu)于對照組(P0.05);兩組患者治療后經(jīng)Barthel指數(shù)、FMA和MMSE評定,試驗組恢復(fù)程度優(yōu)于對照組,差異有顯著性意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:采用穴位按摩法配合康復(fù)訓(xùn)練可以有效地改善腦卒中患者單側(cè)忽略程度,通過單側(cè)忽略的改善可以更好地提高患者康復(fù)訓(xùn)練水平。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the effect of acupoint massage combined with rehabilitation training on the rehabilitation of stroke patients with unilateral neglect. Patients with hemiplegia after stroke in two hospitals from October 2015 to September 2016 were evaluated by neuropsychology. 158 patients with unilateral spatial neglect after stroke in the right hemisphere were randomly divided into two groups: experimental group (79 cases) and control group (79 cases); The control group was given traditional rehabilitation training and rehabilitation guidance, and the test group was given acupoint massage by nurses in addition to conventional rehabilitation training and rehabilitation guidance. The patients were evaluated for unilateral neglect before treatment and 8 weeks after rehabilitation. Fugl-Meyer motor function and simple mental state were assessed. Results: after 8 weeks of rehabilitation, the improvement of unilateral neglect in the trial group was better than that in the control group (P 0.05). After treatment, the patients in the two groups were evaluated by Barthel index and MMSE. The recovery degree of the trial group was better than that of the control group. Conclusion: acupoint massage combined with rehabilitation training can effectively improve the degree of unilateral neglect in stroke patients. The improvement of unilateral neglect can improve the rehabilitation training level of patients.
