【摘要】:目的探討重癥監(jiān)護室(ICU)患者胰島素泵治療過程中使用實時動態(tài)血糖監(jiān)測的價值。方法本研究選取2015年2月至2016年2月該院ICU收治的62例由于自身血糖出現(xiàn)異常,需要使用胰島素進行干預(yù)治療的患者。將患者分為對照組和觀察組,各31例。對照組使用指尖法進行血糖測定,同時使用微量泵將胰島素持續(xù)注入靜脈中進行治療;觀察組使用實時動態(tài)血糖監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)對血糖進行測定。結(jié)果兩組患者均完成相關(guān)研究,無剔除和脫落患者。在達到目標(biāo)血糖水平的時間、治療總時間、胰島素用量和低血糖發(fā)生率方面,觀察組均優(yōu)于對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);觀察組患者第3天時的日內(nèi)平均血糖(MBG)、日內(nèi)平均血糖波動幅度(MAGE)、日間血糖平均絕對差(MODD)、血糖水平標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差(SDBG)及血糖漂移時間百分比(TBG≥7.8mmol/L及TBG≤3.9mmol/L)均較第1天顯著下降(P0.05);兩種監(jiān)測方法呈顯著的正相關(guān)性(r=0.97,P=0.006)。結(jié)論 ICU患者使用實時動態(tài)血糖監(jiān)測系統(tǒng),能夠顯著降低患者的血糖水平,安全有效。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore ICU in intensive care unit (ICU). The value of real-time dynamic blood glucose monitoring in the course of insulin pump therapy methods 62 ICU patients admitted to our hospital from February 2015 to February 2016 had abnormal blood glucose. Patients in need of insulin intervention. The patients were divided into control group and observation group, 31 cases each. The control group used fingertip method to measure blood glucose.
