【摘要】：正淚腺腫瘤分為上皮性和非上皮性腫瘤。上皮性腫瘤占眼眶腫瘤的5%~15%,其中良性混合瘤最為多見,占50%,腺樣囊性癌占20%~25%,其他原發(fā)癌占25%~([1-2])。本研究結合文獻報道,分析經手術病理證實的13例淚腺上皮性腫瘤的超聲影像學特點,為腫瘤的診斷和治療提供依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Is divided into tumor of lacrimal gland epithelial and non epithelial tumors. Epithelial tumors accounted for 5%~15% of orbital tumors, including benign mixed tumor is the most common, accounting for 50%, adenoid cystic carcinoma accounts for 20%~25% and other primary cancer accounted for 25%~ ([1-2]). On the basis of literature reports, analysis by ultrasound pathology confirmed 13 cases of epithelial tumors of lacrimal gland features, provide the basis for the diagnosis and treatment of tumor.
