【摘要】：目的研究乳腺癌根治術(shù)后患者選擇ACE-Star模型循證護(hù)理措施后的應(yīng)用效果。方法選擇2014年1月~2015年12月在我院接受乳腺癌根治術(shù)的60例患者作為研究對象,將所有患者按照隨機(jī)數(shù)字法平均分為兩組,30例患者采用常規(guī)護(hù)理措施(對照組),30位給予ACE-Star模型循證護(hù)理措施(研究組)。分析兩組患者術(shù)后發(fā)生肢體腫脹、傷口出血、傷口積液以及傷口裂開的情況。對比患者肢體功能恢復(fù)效果以及患者護(hù)理滿意度。結(jié)果研究組患者出現(xiàn)肢體腫脹、傷口出血、傷口積液以及傷口裂開的人數(shù)顯著少于對照組(P0.05)。研究組患者肢體功能恢復(fù)有效率90.00%顯著優(yōu)于對照組肢體功能恢復(fù)有效率66.66%(P0.05)。研究組患者護(hù)理滿意度93.33%顯著優(yōu)于對照組護(hù)理滿意度63.33%(P0.05)。結(jié)論給予乳腺癌根治術(shù)患者ACE-Star模型循證護(hù)理措施,可顯著降低患者出現(xiàn)肢體腫脹、傷口出血、傷口積液以及傷口裂開的情況,明顯改善患者功能鍛煉效果,加速患者康復(fù),提高患者護(hù)理滿意度。
[Abstract]:The ACE-Star model choice for patients with breast cancer after radical surgery objective to study the application effect of evidence-based nursing measures. Methods from January 2014 ~2015 year in December in our hospital 60 cases of breast cancer patients as the research object, all patients were randomly divided into two groups, 30 patients were treated with routine nursing (control group 30), given ACE-Star model of evidence-based nursing (Study Group). The incidence of limb swelling, analysis of two groups of patients with postoperative wound bleeding, wound effusion and wound dehiscence. Compared with the recovery of limb function in patients and nursing satisfaction. Results the study group patients with limb swelling, wound bleeding and wound effusion the number of wound dehiscence was significantly less than the control group (P0.05). The patients in the study group, the recovery of limb function efficiency of 90% was significantly better than the control group limb functional recovery efficiency of 66.66% (P0.05). The 93.33% groups of patients nursing satisfaction was significantly better than the control group of nursing satisfaction 63.33% (P0.05). Conclusion given evidence-based nursing measures of patients undergoing ACE-Star model of breast cancer, can significantly reduce the patients with limb swelling, wound bleeding, wound effusion and wound dehiscence, significantly improve the effect of functional exercise of patients, accelerate the rehabilitation of patients, improve nursing satisfaction patients.
