【摘要】：目的以健康人群為對照,通過對藥物依賴者強制隔離戒毒期間的生命質量和社會支持的研究,了解藥物依賴者的社會支持現(xiàn)狀及強制隔離戒毒期間的生命質量,探討其影響因素,以提高藥物依賴者強制隔離戒毒期間的生命質量和社會支持,為干預措施的制定提供基礎信息。方法使用藥物依賴者生命質量測定量表(QLICD-DA)、社會支持評定量表(SSRS)對研究對象進行問卷調查,采用秩和檢驗、多元線性回歸、Spearman秩相關分析、結構方程模型等方法進行數(shù)據(jù)分析,探討生命質量和社會支持的影響因素。結果戒毒人員生命質量的生理領域、心理領域、社會關系領域、特異性模塊、共線性模塊及總得分分別為(41.21±7.02)、(43.43±8.25)、(33.26±7.70)、(69.52±12.78)、(117.91±20.04)和(187.43±28.42)。客觀支持、主觀支持、社會利用度及總分分別為(7.04±2.84)、(14.65±6.74)、(5.56±1.87)、(27.26±9.38)。238名來自普通人群的志愿者的生理領域、心理領域、社會關系領域、特異性模塊、共線性模塊及總分分別為(48.36±6.63)、(49.14±8.72)、(39.80±6.98)、(75.06±10.68)、(137.29±20.28)、(212.36±27.09);客觀支持、主觀支持、社會利用度及總分分別為(6.12±2.98)、(19.90±7.12)、(7.61±1.94)、(33.63±9.26)。單因素分析結果顯示:校正社會人口學特征等混雜因素后,戒毒組與比對照組生命質量總得分低8.45個單位(p=0.0022),社會支持總得分低2.61個單位(p=0.0001)。多因素分析表明:戒毒者的營養(yǎng)狀況(自評)、健康狀況(自評)、強制隔離戒毒前生活所在地的自評經(jīng)濟狀況、所處的家庭的氛圍、朋友圈氛圍、吸毒的種類、是否復吸對生命質量的每個領域及總的生命質量影響較大,年齡、吸毒方式、醫(yī)保的情況對生命質量的某些領域有影響,吸毒的情況中吸毒種類、吸毒方式等因素分別對生命質量部分領域有影響。不同社會特征的戒毒者社會支持的比較研究發(fā)現(xiàn):年齡、健康狀況(自評)、家庭的氛圍、朋友圈氛圍對社會支持的每個維度及總的社會支持影響較大,婚姻狀況、文化程度、營養(yǎng)狀況(自評)、當?shù)亟?jīng)濟情況(自評)、吸毒的種類對生命質量的某些領域有影響,冰毒吸食者的社會利用度及社會總支持得分均高于其他毒品種類的吸食者。結構方程模型的結果顯示:一般人口社會特征(general)、吸毒情況(drugs)、社會支持(SSRS)均對戒毒者的生命質量(QLICD-DA)有影響,社交地位(ecobiolt)通過社會支持間接影響生命質量。戒毒者吸毒時間越長、吸毒方式越極端、營養(yǎng)和健康狀況越差生命質量則越差,生活的家庭和朋友圈的氛圍越好、當?shù)亟?jīng)濟越發(fā)達,其獲得的支持就越多,其生命質量也越高。結論生命質量的各個領域與社會支持各個維度存在弱正相關系,社會支持得分越高伴隨著生命質量越高。另外,強制戒毒人群生命質量和社會支持均比普通人群低,因此對藥物依賴者進行戒毒干預的同時加強家庭成員的輔導,有利于提高戒毒者的生存質量和社會支持。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the health people as control, quality of life and social support of drug addicts during the forced isolation treatment of drug addicts, understanding social support status and quality of life during the forced isolation treatment, explore its influencing factors, in order to improve the period of drug addicts forced isolation treatment on quality of life and social support provided the basic information for making intervention measures. Using the method of drug addicts of quality of life scale (QLICD-DA), social support rating scale (SSRS) conducted a questionnaire survey on the research object, using the Wilcoxon rank sum test, multiple linear regression, Spearman correlation analysis and structural equation model to analyze the data, to explore the factors affecting the quality of life and social support. Results the quality of life in the physiological, psychological, social relations, specific modules, collinear modules and total scores were 41.21, 7.02, 43.43, 8.25, 33.26, 7.70, 117.91, 20.04, and 187.43, respectively. Objective support, subjective support, social utilization and total score were (7.04 + 2.84), (14.65 + 6.74), (5.56 + 1.87) and (27.26 + 9.38). Physiological field, 238 volunteers from the general population psychology, social relationship, specific module, linear module and total score were (48.36 + 6.63), (49.14 + 8.72), (39.80 + 6.98), (75.06 + 10.68), (137.29 + 20.28), (212.36 + 27.09); objective support, subjective support, utilization of social and total scores respectively (6.12 + 2.98), (19.90 + 7.12), (7.61 + 1.94), (33.63 + 9.26). Univariate analysis showed that after correcting the confounding factors such as social demographic characteristics, the total score of quality of life in the detoxification group was 8.45 units lower than that in the control group (p=0.0022), and the total score of social support was 2.61 units (p=0.0001). Multivariate analysis showed that the nutritional status of drug addicts (self rating), health (self rating), forced isolation treatment of life before the self-assessment of economic conditions, the family atmosphere, friends atmosphere, drug types, whether relapse on quality of life in every field and the total quality of life there are some areas of influence, influence of age, drug, health care on quality of life, the situation of drug drug types, drug factors respectively have impact on quality of life in some areas. The characteristics of different social detoxificatee social support results: age, health status (self rating), atmosphere, atmosphere circle of friends and family support had significant influence on each dimension of social support and total social, marital status, education level, nutritional status (self rating), the local economic situation (self rating), is there some field drug types on the quality of life and social support, the total score of social use of methamphetamine users were higher than other types of drug addicts. The results of structural equation modeling showed that: general population social characteristics (general), drug abuse situation (drugs) and social support (SSRS) all influence the quality of life (QLICD-DA) of drug addicts. Social status (ecobiolt) indirectly influences quality of life through social support. The longer the drug taking time, the more extreme the way of drug addiction, the poorer the nutrition and health condition, the worse the quality of life. The better the atmosphere of family and friends circle is, the more developed the local economy is, the more support it gets and the higher the quality of life. Conclusion there is a weak positive correlation in all areas of life quality and social support, and the higher the social support score is, the higher the quality of life is. In addition, the quality of life and social support of the compulsory detoxification group were lower than those of the general population. Therefore, drug addicts' drug intervention and family members' counseling at the same time will help improve the quality of life and social support of drug addicts.
