文章摘要：目的：探討兒童頸靜脈擴(kuò)張癥的臨床表現(xiàn)及誤診原因。方法回顧性分析21例頸靜脈擴(kuò)張癥患兒臨床表現(xiàn)，，以及彩色多普勒超聲檢查特點(diǎn)，并與對(duì)照組21例無頸靜脈擴(kuò)張的兒童進(jìn)行對(duì)比，總結(jié)其臨床表現(xiàn)、診斷方法及誤診原因。結(jié)果研究組21例患兒臨床表現(xiàn)主要為大聲講話、屏氣時(shí)頸部隆起腫塊，安靜時(shí)消失，確診前平均就診2．4次，給予輔助檢查1．9次。對(duì)照組21例兒童在大聲講話、屏氣時(shí)無明顯頸部腫塊隆起。彩色多普勒超聲檢查研究組與對(duì)照組平靜時(shí)頸靜脈最大內(nèi)徑比較無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P＞0．05），大聲喊叫或做Valsalva動(dòng)作時(shí)兩組頸靜脈最大內(nèi)徑比較有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P＜0．05）。本組患兒均經(jīng)彩色多普勒超聲確診。結(jié)論本病臨床表現(xiàn)典型，正確的彩色多普勒超聲檢查是診斷本病的有效方法。臨床上提高對(duì)本病的認(rèn)識(shí)，可以減少誤診。

Abstr：Objective To analyze the clinical manifestations and the cause of misdiagnosis of jugular phelebectasia in children.Methods From January 2006 to June 2013,21 cases of jugular phelebectasia in children were collected and reviewed.Their clinical manifestation ,diagnostic methods and the cause of misdiagnosis were analyzed.21 children without jugular phelebectasia were selected as control group.Results Their clinical manifestations showed a soft cystic cervical mass during Valsalva manoeuvre or loud speaking.All the cases visited other hospital 2.4 times averagely and received imaging exams 1 .9 times averagely before final diagnosis.There was no significant difference in the diameter of jugular vein between jugular phelebectasia patients and the control group during the resting state（P〉0.05）,however,the diameter of jugular vein were larger in jugular phelebectasia patients during Valsalva manoeuvre or load speaking （P〈0.05）.All the jugular phelebectasia were diagnosed by color Doppler ultrasonography.Conclusion The manifestation of jugular phelebectasia is typical.The effective method to diagnose jugular phelebectasia is color Doppler ultrasonography.Deepening the understanding of jugular phelebectasia could decrease the misdiagnosis.
