【摘要】：目的:探討個(gè)性化護(hù)理對(duì)大宮腔婦女使用宮內(nèi)節(jié)育器(IUD)效果的影響。方法:400例要求放置IUD的大宮腔婦女隨機(jī)分為兩組(各200例),對(duì)照組行一般護(hù)理,觀察組行個(gè)性化護(hù)理,所有對(duì)象均放置含吲哚美辛硅橡膠的固定式IUD(天津和杰醫(yī)療有限公司),并隨訪36個(gè)月。評(píng)價(jià)對(duì)象術(shù)中配合度、服務(wù)滿意度、放置IUD累計(jì)終止率和續(xù)用率。結(jié)果:在術(shù)中配合度上觀察組明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P0.05);術(shù)中、術(shù)后3、6、12個(gè)月的滿意度觀察組明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P0.05);放置IUD12、24和36個(gè)月累積脫落率、帶器妊娠率兩組差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);24、36個(gè)月隨訪時(shí)觀察組因癥取出率低于對(duì)照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ~2=7.43,P0.05;χ~2=5.03,P0.05);放置12、24和36個(gè)月觀察組續(xù)用率高于對(duì)照組(χ~2=4.23,P0.05;χ~2=3.93,P0.05;χ~2=4.35,P0.05)。結(jié)論:個(gè)性化護(hù)理可提高大宮腔婦女放置固定式IUD的術(shù)中配合度和服務(wù)滿意度,提高IUD的續(xù)用率。
[Abstract]:Objective: To investigate the effect of individualized nursing using IUD for women (IUD) palace cavity effect. Methods: 400 cases of palace cavity women were randomly divided into two groups: the requirements placed IUD (200 cases), the control group received general nursing, the observation group received individualized nursing care, all the objects were placed fixed IUD indomethacin containing silicone rubber (Tianjin and Jay Medical Co.), and were followed up for 36 months. The degree of coordination, service satisfaction, the cumulative termination rate of IUD and the rate of continued use were evaluated. Results: in the surgery with the degree of the observation group was significantly better than the control group (P0.05); postoperative, 3, 6, 12 months of satisfaction in the observation group than the control group (P0.05); IUD12, 24 place and 36 months cumulative loss rate, the pregnancy rate with no significant difference between the two groups (P0.05); 24 and 36 months follow-up observation group for moval rate lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (x ~2=7.43, P0.05 x ~2=5.03, P0.05;); 12, 24 and placed 36 months of observation group continuation rate higher than that of the control group (x ~2=4.23, P0.05 x ~2=3.93, P0.05;; X ~2=4.35, P0.05). Conclusion: the degree of satisfaction with the service and personalized nursing can improve the placement of fixed IUD women palace cavity operation, improve the continuous using rate of IUD.
