【摘要】：厚殼貽貝是我國東部沿海重要的經(jīng)濟貝類之一,自然環(huán)境中棲息范圍不甚明確。本文于2014年7月間利用水下攝像的手段,調查和分析了漁山列島不同斷面上厚殼貽貝的自然分布特征。結果表明:漁山列島潮下帶5條斷面的生態(tài)類型差異顯著,不同斷面棲息的優(yōu)勢種也不相同;斷面間厚殼貽貝的棲息密度均值為37.04~185.80ind/m2,其中斷面A的棲息密度最低,斷面E的棲息密度最高,斷面C和斷面D的棲息密度相差不大,但是不同調查樣方內厚殼貽貝的棲息密度從0~388.89ind/m2不等;厚殼貽貝主要分布在水深3~9m的水層中,其中以水深5~8m的水層中最為密集,約占總棲息密度的90%以上;在水深8m的區(qū)帶上,厚殼貽貝的棲息密度為160.19ind/m2,當水深小于1m和大于11m時,厚殼貽貝分布極少;經(jīng)雙因素方差分析表明,厚殼貽貝棲息密度在不同斷面(F=57.011,P0.01)和不同水層(F=66.495,P0.01)中的差異均極顯著,斷面和水層的交互作用(F=10.483,P0.01)對厚殼貽貝的自然分布也有極顯著差異;經(jīng)檢驗,厚殼貽貝棲息密度(A)的自然分布與水深(D)呈正態(tài)分布,可以用高斯方程擬合,R2的取值范圍為0.875 3~0.999 7;利用聚類分析發(fā)現(xiàn),調查樣方被明顯的分為3組,體現(xiàn)了水深在厚殼貽貝自然分布中的顯著作用。
[Abstract]:Mussel is one of the important economic shellfish in the eastern coast of China, and the range of habitat in the natural environment is not very clear. In this paper, the natural distribution characteristics of mussel with thick shell on different sections of Yushan Islands were investigated and analyzed by means of underwater camera in July 2014. The results showed that the ecological types of 5 sections in the subtidal zone of Yushan Islands were significantly different, and the dominant species of habitat in different sections were also different. The average habitat density of thick shell mussel between sections was 37.04 脳 185.80 ind / m2, in which the habitat density of section A was the lowest, that of section E was the highest, and there was no significant difference between section C and section D. However, the habitat density of mussel with thick shell varied from 0~388.89ind/m2 to different samples. The thick shell mussel is mainly distributed in the water layer with a depth of 3 鈮，
