【摘要】：采用水資源生態(tài)足跡模型,定量計(jì)算和分析了廣西2008年-2012年人均水資源生態(tài)足跡、水資源生態(tài)承載力、水資源生態(tài)盈余,并對(duì)比分析廣西14個(gè)城市的人均水資源生態(tài)足跡、生態(tài)承載力情況。結(jié)果顯示:(1)廣西人均水資源生態(tài)足跡指數(shù)近五年內(nèi)沒有大幅度的變化,比較穩(wěn)定保持在1.06hm2/人附近,各年人均水資源生態(tài)足跡水平高低依次為2010=2011201220082009;而人均生態(tài)承載力指數(shù)變化較大,且均小于人均水資源生態(tài)足跡;(2)只有柳州市和防城港市存在水資源生態(tài)盈余,其他各市均存在水資源生態(tài)赤字,平均赤字0.56hm2/人。面對(duì)水資源生態(tài)赤字問題,廣西需通過調(diào)整產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu),優(yōu)化水資源配置,實(shí)施水資源管理"三條紅線"等措施,提高水資源生態(tài)承載力,減小生態(tài)赤字,以達(dá)到水資源可持續(xù)利用的目的。
[Abstract]:Based on the ecological footprint model of water resources, the ecological footprint of water resources per capita, ecological carrying capacity of water resources and ecological surplus of water resources were calculated and analyzed quantitatively in Guangxi from 2008 to 2012, and the ecological footprint of per capita water resources in 14 cities of Guangxi were compared and analyzed. Ecological carrying capacity. The results show that: (1) the per capita ecological footprint of water resources in Guangxi has not changed by a large margin in the past five years, and it is relatively stable in the vicinity of the 1.06hm2/ population, and the ecological footprint level of the per capita water resources in each year is in the order of 2010 / 201120122008 / 2009, while the per capita ecological carrying capacity index has a great change. (2) only Liuzhou and Fangchenggang have ecological surplus of water resources, other cities have ecological deficit of water resources and average deficit of 0.56hm2/. Facing the problem of water resources ecological deficit, Guangxi needs to improve the ecological carrying capacity of water resources and reduce the ecological deficit by adjusting the industrial structure, optimizing the allocation of water resources and implementing the "three red lines" of water resources management. In order to achieve the purpose of sustainable use of water resources.
