【摘要】：長江是中國第一大河,是長江流域經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展的重要命脈,保護(hù)好長江水資源,不僅是長江流域4億多人民的福祉所系,也關(guān)系到長江流域乃至全國經(jīng)濟(jì)社會可持續(xù)發(fā)展的大局。在分析近30 a來長江流域經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展與水環(huán)境變化關(guān)系的基礎(chǔ)上,討論了長江流域水資源保護(hù)面臨的問題,并提出了加強(qiáng)長江流域水資源保護(hù)的思路和對策。
[Abstract]:The Yangtze River is the largest river in China and an important lifeline for the economic and social development of the Yangtze River basin. Protecting the Yangtze River water resources is not only a key to the well-being of more than 400 million people in the Yangtze River Basin. Also related to the Yangtze River Basin and even the overall situation of sustainable economic and social development. Based on the analysis of the relationship between the economic and social development of the Yangtze River basin and the change of the water environment in the past 30 years, the problems faced by the water resources protection in the Yangtze River basin are discussed, and the ideas and countermeasures for strengthening the water resources protection in the Yangtze River basin are put forward.
