淮北徐樓鐵礦礦床成因和資源綜合利用

【摘要】:淮北徐樓鐵礦地處長(zhǎng)江中下游。作為我國(guó)主要銅鐵多金屬礦產(chǎn)基地之一,長(zhǎng)江中下游區(qū)域內(nèi)矽卡巖型礦床廣泛分布,是該區(qū)域最重要礦床類型。 在收集、整理、分析前人的研究資料和研究方法的基礎(chǔ)上,充分認(rèn)識(shí)淮北徐樓鐵礦區(qū)域地質(zhì)特征、礦石成分和選礦工藝。結(jié)合巖石學(xué)、礦相學(xué)、礦物學(xué)和巖石地球化學(xué)等知識(shí),得出以下幾點(diǎn)結(jié)論: (1)分析徐樓鐵礦的侵入巖、鐵礦石和圍巖的地球化學(xué)特征,對(duì)徐樓鐵礦成礦環(huán)境進(jìn)行判別。可以得出,徐樓地區(qū)礦床圍巖形成于早寒武時(shí)期的還原環(huán)境;侵入巖是中性閃長(zhǎng)巖,屬于深源巖漿;根據(jù)鐵礦石δCe:0.83~1.00,得出徐樓鐵礦礦床形成環(huán)境是屬于氧化—還原環(huán)境,并且成礦原因和熱液活動(dòng)有關(guān)。 (2)含鐵量較少的中酸性巖,在高溫條件作用下可以析出大量鐵物質(zhì),供矽卡巖鐵礦床的形成。徐樓鐵礦外圍碳酸鹽巖鐵含量都低于圍巖碳酸鹽巖鐵含量,說(shuō)明碳酸鹽巖不是研究區(qū)鐵礦產(chǎn)的主要物源區(qū),進(jìn)一步證明徐樓鐵礦成礦鐵質(zhì)來(lái)源主要是侵入巖。 (3)通過(guò)磁鐵礦成因圖解分析,,得出徐樓鐵礦是屬于矽卡巖型接觸交代型鐵礦床。 (4)通過(guò)對(duì)徐樓鐵礦尾礦成分和物相分析,結(jié)合經(jīng)驗(yàn)公式計(jì)算尾礦回收經(jīng)濟(jì)品位,發(fā)現(xiàn)徐樓鐵礦尾礦中6.23%的鐵的含量完全具有二次回收的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,并且發(fā)現(xiàn)徐樓鐵礦尾礦可以制備免燒磚和用作土壤改良劑。
[Abstract]:Huaibei Xulou Iron Mine is located in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River. As one of the main copper and iron polymetallic mineral bases in China skarn deposits are widely distributed in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River and are the most important deposit types in this region. Based on the collection, collation and analysis of previous research data and methods, the regional geological characteristics, ore composition and mineral dressing process of Xulou Iron Mine in Huaibei are fully understood. Combined with the knowledge of petrology, mineralogy, mineralogy and geochemistry, the following conclusions are drawn: (1) the geochemical characteristics of intrusive rock, iron ore and surrounding rock of Xulou Iron Mine are analyzed. The metallogenic environment of Xulou Iron Mine is distinguished. It can be concluded that the surrounding rock of Xulou ore deposit was formed in the early Cambrian reduction environment; the intrusive rock is neutral diorite and belongs to deep magma; according to 未 ce: 0.831.00, the formation environment of Xulou iron deposit belongs to redox environment. The ore-forming reason is related to hydrothermal activity. (2) the medium acid rock with less iron content can precipitate a large amount of iron material under the action of high temperature for the formation of skarn iron ore deposit. The iron content of carbonate rock in the periphery of Xulou Iron Mine is lower than that in the surrounding rock, indicating that carbonate rock is not the main source of iron ore production in the study area. It is further proved that the source of ore-forming iron in Xulou Iron Mine is mainly intrusive rock. (3) through the diagrammatic analysis of the genesis of magnetite, It is concluded that Xulou Iron Mine belongs to skarn type contact metasomatism iron deposit. (4) by analyzing the composition and phase of Xulou iron ore tailings, combined with empirical formula, the economic grade of tailings recovery is calculated. It is found that 6.23% iron content in the tailings of Xulou Iron Mine has the economic benefit of secondary recovery, and it is also found that the tailings of Xulou Iron Mine can be used to prepare firing free bricks and be used as soil improvers.
