陜西省農(nóng)作物秸稈資源量及其經(jīng)濟(jì)價(jià)值評(píng)估

【摘要】:目前,能源的危機(jī)成為國(guó)內(nèi)外熱議的話題,也是當(dāng)今社會(huì)最嚴(yán)峻的問(wèn)題,凸顯了人類(lèi)社會(huì)發(fā)展與賴(lài)以生存的生活環(huán)境之間的矛盾,這種矛盾同時(shí)促進(jìn)著社會(huì)的進(jìn)步,人們慢慢開(kāi)始研究能源危機(jī)的對(duì)策。能源的危機(jī)預(yù)示著新能源的出現(xiàn),而生物質(zhì)能源現(xiàn)在已經(jīng)是次于煤炭、石油、天然氣之后的第四大能源,開(kāi)發(fā)潛力巨大,終將取代化石能源。秸稈資源是主要的生物質(zhì)能源,我國(guó)農(nóng)作物產(chǎn)量巨大,巨大的農(nóng)作物產(chǎn)量帶來(lái)的巨大數(shù)量的農(nóng)作物秸稈。秸稈由于其生物生理特征,與化石燃料具有共同的元素構(gòu)成,所以秸稈作為能源化利用是具有可行性的。上世紀(jì)80年代全球范圍內(nèi)已有多家廠商投入秸稈的能源化利用經(jīng)營(yíng),現(xiàn)在已經(jīng)成效明顯。我國(guó)秸稈能源利用發(fā)展相對(duì)落后,但是我國(guó)是農(nóng)業(yè)大國(guó),科技大國(guó),關(guān)于秸稈能源的開(kāi)發(fā)也在飛速發(fā)展。本文選取陜西省為研究地區(qū),以《中國(guó)統(tǒng)計(jì)年鑒2013》、《中國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)統(tǒng)計(jì)年鑒2013》、《陜西統(tǒng)計(jì)年鑒2013》、《BP世界能源統(tǒng)計(jì)報(bào)告》中的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)為數(shù)據(jù)基礎(chǔ),參考相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),并且加以對(duì)陜西省實(shí)際情況的調(diào)查研究,來(lái)確定草谷比、可收集系數(shù)、可利用系數(shù)、能源轉(zhuǎn)化系數(shù)。利用草谷比法計(jì)算出陜西省的秸稈資源理論資源量,利用可收集系數(shù)法計(jì)算出陜西省農(nóng)作物秸稈的可收集資源量,利用可利用系數(shù)法計(jì)算出陜西省農(nóng)作物秸稈的可能源化利用秸稈資源量,最終將可利用的秸稈資源量轉(zhuǎn)化為可替代的化石能源量,并且計(jì)算出2003-2012年十年的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),為預(yù)測(cè)將來(lái)的秸稈資源量提供數(shù)據(jù)基礎(chǔ),計(jì)算得到2003-2012年陜西省的理論資源量年均1596.75萬(wàn)噸,相當(dāng)于624萬(wàn)噸標(biāo)準(zhǔn)煤,若以轉(zhuǎn)化煤炭的方式利用,每年可節(jié)約58.13億元,以轉(zhuǎn)化燃油的方式利用,每年可節(jié)約232.55億元。并分析研究過(guò)程中遇到的問(wèn)題,提出相應(yīng)的觀點(diǎn)與建議。
[Abstract]:At present, the crisis of energy has become a hot topic at home and abroad, and it is also the most serious problem in the society today. It highlights the contradiction between the development of human society and the living environment on which it depends. This contradiction promotes the progress of society at the same time. People are slowly beginning to study the countermeasures of the energy crisis. The energy crisis heralds the emergence of new energy sources, and biomass energy is now the fourth largest energy source after coal, oil and natural gas. Straw resource is the main biomass energy, the crop yield of our country is huge, the huge crop yield brings a huge amount of crop straw. Straw is feasible to be used as energy because of its biophysiological characteristics and common element composition with fossil fuels. In the 1980s, a number of companies have invested in the energy utilization of straw in the world, and now the results are obvious. The utilization of straw energy in China is relatively backward, but our country is a big agricultural country and a big country in science and technology, and the development of straw energy is also developing rapidly. In this paper, Shaanxi Province is selected as the research area, and the relevant data in China Statistical Yearbook 2013, China Agricultural Statistics Yearbook 2013, Shaanxi Statistical Yearbook 2013 and BP World Energy Statistics report are taken as the data basis, and the relevant documents are referred to. In order to determine the ratio of grass to valley, the coefficient of collection, the coefficient of utilization and the coefficient of energy conversion, the actual situation of Shaanxi Province is investigated and studied. The theoretical resources of straw resources in Shaanxi Province were calculated by straw to grain ratio method, and the amount of collected resources of crop straw in Shaanxi Province was calculated by the method of collectable coefficient. Using the method of available coefficient to calculate the amount of crop straw resource which can be used in Shaanxi Province, the amount of straw resource can be converted into the amount of fossil energy which can be replaced, and the relevant data of the decade 2003-2012 are calculated. In order to provide data basis for predicting the amount of straw resources in the future, the theoretical resources of Shaanxi Province from 2003 to 2012 were calculated to be 15.9675 million tons per year, equivalent to 6.24 million tons of standard coal. If used in the form of converted coal, 5.813 billion yuan per year could be saved. Using the converted fuel can save 23.255 billion yuan per year. The problems encountered in the research process are analyzed, and the corresponding viewpoints and suggestions are put forward.
