【摘要】："三農(nóng)"問題,實際上就是按科學規(guī)律建設"三農(nóng)"生態(tài)經(jīng)濟生物資源系統(tǒng)并使其健康發(fā)展的問題,也就是社會農(nóng)業(yè)勞動生產(chǎn)力資源與自然資源相配套的問題。鑒于中國大批農(nóng)田的拋荒和帶病作業(yè),農(nóng)業(yè)缺失足夠的經(jīng)濟總量和經(jīng)濟效益的低下現(xiàn)實狀況,當務之急就是要嚴格遵守生物科學的循環(huán)規(guī)律,盡最大可能培育農(nóng)村山、水、林、田、湖生命共同體,厚植發(fā)展優(yōu)勢,拓展發(fā)展空間,貯存生態(tài)經(jīng)濟生物資源,增加生物資源總量和經(jīng)濟總量。綠水青山就是巨大的生態(tài)經(jīng)濟資源庫,是金山銀山,它們既解今日之難,更為子孫后代貯藏豐富的資源。
[Abstract]:In fact, the problem of "agriculture, countryside and farmers" is to construct the ecological and economic biological resources system of "agriculture, countryside and farmers" and make it develop healthily according to the scientific law, that is to say, the problem of matching the resources of social agricultural labor productivity with natural resources. In view of the fact that a large number of farmland in China have been abandoned and affected by diseases, and that agriculture lacks sufficient economic aggregate and economic benefits, it is imperative that we strictly abide by the laws of biological science circulation and cultivate rural mountains, water and forests to the greatest extent possible.
