【摘要】：為了評(píng)估長(zhǎng)江口近岸水域棘頭梅童魚的資源狀況,利用2012—2013年底拖網(wǎng)調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),基于體長(zhǎng)頻率分布的方法研究了長(zhǎng)江口近岸棘頭梅童魚的生長(zhǎng)和種群參數(shù).采用Fi SATⅡ軟件中的ELEFAN模塊計(jì)算了長(zhǎng)江口棘頭梅童魚的Von Bertalanffy生長(zhǎng)參數(shù),結(jié)合Pauly經(jīng)驗(yàn)公式估算其自然死亡系數(shù),并建立Beverton-Holt動(dòng)態(tài)綜合模型預(yù)測(cè)其資源變化趨勢(shì).結(jié)果表明:2012—2013年共采集到棘頭梅童魚樣本4201尾,體長(zhǎng)范圍18~155 mm,其生長(zhǎng)系數(shù)(K)和極限體長(zhǎng)(L∞)分別為1.1和162.75 mm,種群總死亡系數(shù)(Z)、自然死亡系數(shù)(M)和捕撈死亡系數(shù)(F)分別為4.040、1.683和2.357.當(dāng)前長(zhǎng)江口近岸水域棘頭梅童魚的資源開(kāi)發(fā)率(E)為0.583,大于Fopt(0.5),年平均資源數(shù)量為1.33億尾,對(duì)應(yīng)的資源量為576.02 t.目前長(zhǎng)江口水域棘頭梅童魚資源已處于過(guò)度捕撈狀態(tài).
