【摘要】：海洋漁業(yè)資源作為當(dāng)今地球上最大的野生食物資源,一直以來為人類提供著食物、經(jīng)濟(jì)收入和社會(huì)就業(yè)等,而且對海洋生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的平衡也起著重要的作用。海洋漁業(yè)資源價(jià)值核算是實(shí)現(xiàn)海洋漁業(yè)資源資產(chǎn)化管理的前提,是實(shí)行資源有償使用制度以實(shí)現(xiàn)海洋漁業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展的保障。但是,由于漁業(yè)資源具有種類多、洄游性及共享性等特性,致使進(jìn)行海洋漁業(yè)資源核算非常困難。通過對自然資源核算等理論和方法學(xué)習(xí)與分析,結(jié)合漁業(yè)資源特性,提出了開展海洋漁業(yè)資源核算的方法和步驟,這對漁業(yè)資源可持續(xù)發(fā)展具有一定的指導(dǎo)意義。論文以對蝦為例,對其價(jià)值進(jìn)行了初步核算,全國對蝦的資產(chǎn)性價(jià)值為132.51億元,非資產(chǎn)性價(jià)值為10.22億元,合計(jì)為142.73億元。
[Abstract]:Marine fishery resources as the world's largest wild food resources, has been provided for human food, income and employment, but also to marine ecosystems also plays an important role. The value accounting of marine fishery resources is a prerequisite for the management of marine fishery resources assets, is the implementation of the system of paid use of resources in order to realize the sustainable development of marine economy security. However, due to the fishery resources have many kinds of migratory and shared characteristics of marine fishery resources is very difficult in accounting. Based on natural resource accounting theory and method of study and analysis, combined with the characteristics of fisheries resources, and puts forward some methods and steps to carry out the accounting of marine fisheries resources, which have certain guiding significance to the sustainable development of fishery resources. The case of shrimp, the value of the initial accounting, The asset value of the national prawn is 13 billion 251 million yuan, the non asset value is 1 billion 22 million yuan, and the total value is 14 billion 273 million yuan.
