【摘要】：世界旅游業(yè)迅速發(fā)展,海岸帶逐漸成為一大旅游熱點(diǎn)地區(qū),開發(fā)潛力巨大。海岸帶旅游不僅能促進(jìn)海岸帶旅游經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,而且可以協(xié)同帶動(dòng)相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)的綜合性發(fā)展,進(jìn)而推動(dòng)沿海城市的整體發(fā)展,開發(fā)海岸帶旅游資源成為促進(jìn)各國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的必然選擇。分析研究海岸帶旅游資源現(xiàn)狀及開發(fā)條件,并且根據(jù)分析結(jié)果提出與之相適應(yīng)的、針對(duì)性強(qiáng)的開發(fā)模式,對(duì)于促進(jìn)海岸帶旅游的健康、穩(wěn)定、快速發(fā)展具有重要意義。本文在閱讀大量文獻(xiàn)基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)海岸帶旅游開發(fā)相關(guān)概念作出界定,闡述了與海岸帶地區(qū)旅游資源開發(fā)相關(guān)理論,對(duì)煙臺(tái)市海岸帶旅游資源進(jìn)行了資源(R)、市場(chǎng)(M)、產(chǎn)品(P)分析,并且針對(duì)分析結(jié)果構(gòu)建出煙臺(tái)市海岸帶地區(qū)旅游資源開發(fā)的六大模式。論文主要內(nèi)容有:第1部分:首先,敘述本文依托的研究背景,論述研究目的,分析理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)研究意義;然后進(jìn)行文獻(xiàn)綜述,系統(tǒng)回顧和闡述有關(guān)海岸帶旅游資源開發(fā)的國內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)及研究進(jìn)展;接著介紹本文的研究方法、技術(shù)路線。論文從理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義兩個(gè)角度闡述了海岸帶旅游資源開發(fā)的意義,梳理了海岸帶旅游相關(guān)的國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,分析了當(dāng)前的研究空白,明確了探索和研究煙臺(tái)市海岸帶旅游資源開發(fā)模式的重要性和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。第2部分:界定相關(guān)概念,論述研究的理論基礎(chǔ)�；仡櫯c梳理國內(nèi)外關(guān)于海岸帶旅游資源開發(fā)的研究基礎(chǔ)之上,界定了海岸帶旅游開發(fā)相關(guān)概念,同時(shí)論述了海岸帶旅游資源開發(fā)的關(guān)聯(lián)理論,為后文探索今后適用于煙臺(tái)市海岸帶旅游資源的開發(fā)模式提供指導(dǎo)、借鑒和經(jīng)驗(yàn)。第3部分:從R(資源)、M(市場(chǎng))、P(產(chǎn)品)三個(gè)角度對(duì)煙臺(tái)市海岸帶旅游資源進(jìn)行分析,通過模糊綜合評(píng)判模型對(duì)海岸帶旅游資源的總體情況作出歸納與評(píng)價(jià),并運(yùn)用同樣原理,從資源價(jià)值(對(duì)應(yīng)R)、區(qū)位條件(對(duì)應(yīng)M)、旅游產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)方式(對(duì)應(yīng)P)三個(gè)方面對(duì)煙臺(tái)市海岸帶地區(qū)所含各縣市區(qū)進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),并以此為基礎(chǔ)劃分了六大分區(qū)�；赗性和M性分析,歸納了煙臺(tái)市海岸帶旅游產(chǎn)品開發(fā)的優(yōu)劣勢(shì),并據(jù)此構(gòu)建出煙臺(tái)市海岸帶旅游產(chǎn)品的開發(fā)思路和開發(fā)體系。第4部分:根據(jù)第三部分RMP分析與評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果,結(jié)合煙臺(tái)市各分區(qū)的狀況,構(gòu)建了煙臺(tái)市海岸帶旅游資源開發(fā)模式——?jiǎng)?chuàng)新理念型、異質(zhì)互補(bǔ)型、全方位開發(fā)型、塑造特色型、挖掘整合型、人工吸引物型六大開發(fā)模式。第5部分:結(jié)論與展望。論文對(duì)煙臺(tái)市海岸帶旅游資源開發(fā)模式的研究已經(jīng)取得一定的成果,針對(duì)六大分區(qū)的資源價(jià)值、區(qū)位條件、旅游生產(chǎn)方式的特點(diǎn),構(gòu)建了適用于每一分區(qū)的海岸帶旅游資源開發(fā)的一般模式,但資源評(píng)判的指標(biāo)體系和開發(fā)模式的構(gòu)建還有待于進(jìn)一步探討和完善。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of tourism in the world, coastal zone has gradually become a hot tourist region with great potential for development. Coastal zone tourism can not only promote the development of coastal tourism economy, but also promote the comprehensive development of related industries. Thus, to promote the overall development of coastal cities, the development of coastal tourism resources has become an inevitable choice to promote the economic development of countries. The development mode with strong pertinence is of great significance to promote the healthy, stable and rapid development of coastal zone tourism. Based on reading a lot of literature, this paper defines the related concepts of coastal zone tourism development. This paper expounds the theory related to the development of tourism resources in coastal zone, and analyzes the tourism resources of Yantai coastal zone by means of resource analysis, market analysis and product analysis. The main contents of this paper are as follows: part 1: firstly, the research background of this paper is described, and the purpose of the research is discussed. The significance of theoretical and practical research is analyzed, and then the literature review is carried out, and the domestic and foreign literature and research progress on coastal tourism resources development are reviewed and expounded systematically, and then the research methods of this paper are introduced. The paper expounds the significance of coastal zone tourism resources development from the angle of theory and practical significance, combs the domestic and international research status of coastal zone tourism, and analyzes the current research blank. The importance and practical significance of exploring and studying the development mode of tourist resources in the coastal zone of Yantai City are clarified. Part 2: defining the related concepts, On the basis of reviewing and combing the domestic and foreign researches on coastal tourism resources development, this paper defines the related concepts of coastal zone tourism development, and discusses the correlation theory of coastal zone tourism resources development. To provide guidance, reference and experience for the future development mode of tourist resources in Yantai coastal zone. Part 3: to analyze the tourist resources of Yantai coastal zone from the point of view of R (resources) and P (products). The overall situation of coastal tourism resources is summarized and evaluated by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, and the same principle is applied. This paper evaluates the cities and counties in the coastal zone of Yantai City from three aspects: the value of resources (corresponding to RN), the location conditions (corresponding to Mnn, and the mode of production of tourism products). Based on the analysis of R and M, this paper divides the cities and counties of Yantai coastal zone into six districts. This paper summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the development of tourist products in the coastal zone of Yantai City, and constructs the development ideas and development system of the tourism products in the coastal zone of Yantai City. Part 4: according to the analysis and evaluation results of the third part of RMP, According to the situation of each district in Yantai city, this paper constructs the tourist resources development mode of Yantai coastal zone-innovative concept type, heterogeneity and complementation type, omni-directional development type, molding characteristic type, excavating integration type, and so on. Six development models of artificial attraction type. Part 5: conclusions and prospects. Some achievements have been made in the study of tourist resources development model in Yantai coastal zone, aiming at the resource value and location conditions of the six major regions. Based on the characteristics of tourism production mode, a general pattern of coastal tourism resources development is constructed, but the index system and development model of resource evaluation need to be further explored and improved.
