【摘要】：在不同操作策略的基礎(chǔ)上,建立復(fù)雜水資源系統(tǒng)的罰值系統(tǒng);通過罰值、操作策略、罰值系統(tǒng)之間的相互關(guān)系,以簡單水資源系統(tǒng)罰值系統(tǒng)的建立為依據(jù),詳細(xì)闡明了不同情景下復(fù)雜水資源罰值系統(tǒng)的建立過程。結(jié)果表明,該罰值系統(tǒng)符合操作策略的要求,滿足水資源配置管理的需求,為WRMM模型的實(shí)際應(yīng)用提供了理論依據(jù),解決了WRMM模型在運(yùn)用過程中不斷調(diào)試罰值的問題。
[Abstract]:On the basis of different operation strategies, the penalty value system of complex water resources system is established, which is based on the establishment of penalty value system of simple water resources system through the relationship between penalty value system, operation strategy and penalty value system. The establishment process of complex water resources penalty system under different scenarios is expounded in detail. The results show that the penalty value system meets the requirements of operation strategy and meets the requirements of water resources allocation and management, and provides a theoretical basis for the practical application of WRMM model. The problem of adjusting penalty value in the process of WRMM model application is solved.
