【摘要】：論文確定了自然資源資產(chǎn)和負(fù)債的內(nèi)容,分析了生態(tài)績(jī)效和自然資源凈資產(chǎn)的關(guān)系。在此基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)陜南20個(gè)縣進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析,用單位面積生態(tài)系統(tǒng)價(jià)值當(dāng)量因子核算土地資源;以市場(chǎng)價(jià)倒算法核算林木資源;利用模糊數(shù)學(xué)模型核算水資源,并編制自然資源資產(chǎn)和負(fù)債匯總核算表;以自然資源資產(chǎn)為控制變量,對(duì)權(quán)益乘數(shù)和生態(tài)績(jī)效進(jìn)行相關(guān)分析;提出用權(quán)益乘數(shù)來評(píng)價(jià)生態(tài)績(jī)效,并探索出一套生態(tài)績(jī)效報(bào)表體系。
[Abstract]:This paper determines the content of natural resources assets and liabilities, and analyzes the relationship between ecological performance and natural resource net assets. On this basis, the paper makes an empirical analysis of 20 counties in southern Shaanxi. Land resources are calculated by the equivalent factor of ecosystem value per unit area; To calculate the forest resources by the inverted algorithm of market price; Using fuzzy mathematical model to calculate water resources and compile the summary accounting tables of natural resources assets and liabilities; Taking natural resource assets as control variables, the correlation analysis of equity multiplier and ecological performance is carried out. An equity multiplier is proposed to evaluate ecological performance, and a set of ecological performance report system is explored.
