【摘要】:為研究錦江河特有魚類國家級水產(chǎn)種質(zhì)資源保護(hù)區(qū)浮游動物群落結(jié)構(gòu)特征,于2015年1月、4月、7月和10月按季度在錦江河保護(hù)區(qū)進(jìn)行采樣分析。結(jié)果顯示,在保護(hù)區(qū)共采集到浮游動物4門51屬82種,輪蟲類、原生動物、橈足類和枝角類物種數(shù)占浮游動物物種總數(shù)的比例分別為46.34%、29.27%、15.85%和8.54%。優(yōu)勢種類為4門6屬16種,其中輪蟲類6種,原生動物4種,枝角類4種,橈足類2種。保護(hù)區(qū)浮游動物密度變幅為297.76~1 430.10 ind/L,平均為855.13 ind/L;生物量變幅為5.73~26.36 mg/L,平均為14.37 mg/L;群落豐富度指數(shù)(D_m)變幅為3.18~4.90,平均為3.96;香農(nóng)指數(shù)(H')變幅為2.11~3.12,平均為2.81;均勻度指數(shù)(J')變幅為0.81~0.89,平均為0.86。研究表明,在被攝食壓力下降及餌料生物資源下降的共同影響下,保護(hù)區(qū)外界環(huán)境對個體較小的原生動物和輪蟲有利,群落生態(tài)優(yōu)勢度也集中于上述浮游動物類群。受到水文特征的影響,錦江河核心區(qū)的浮游動物物種數(shù)、密度和生物量以及多樣性指數(shù)總體高于實(shí)驗(yàn)區(qū)。
[Abstract]:In order to study the characteristics of zooplankton community in Jinjiang River endemic Fish Germplasm Reserve, January 2015, April. In July and October, sampling and analysis were carried out in Jinjiang River Reserve. The results showed that there were 82 species of zooplankton, 51 genera and 4 phyla, rotifers and protozoa. The percentage of copepod and Cladocercus species in the total zooplankton species was 46.34 and 29.277.85% and 8.54.The dominant species were 4 phyla, 6 genera and 16 species. There are 6 species of rotifers, 4 species of protozoa, 4 species of Cladocera and 2 species of copepod. The density variation of zooplankton in the reserve is 297.76 ~ 1 430.10 ind/L. The average was 855.13 ind / L; The biomass varied from 5.73 to 26.36 mg / L, with an average of 14.37 mg / L; The variation of community richness index (D _ m) was 3.18 ~ 4.90, with an average of 3.96; The range of Shannon index is 2.11 ~ 3.12, with an average of 2.81; The evenness index was 0.81 ~ 0.89, with an average of 0.86. The results showed that the decrease of feeding pressure and the decrease of feed biological resources were the common effects. The outside environment of the reserve is favorable to the individual protozoa and rotifer, and the ecological dominance of the community is also concentrated in the zooplankton groups mentioned above. Due to the influence of hydrological characteristics, the species number of zooplankton in the core area of Jinjiang River. The density, biomass and diversity index were higher than those in the experimental area.
