重金屬離子快速檢測(cè)的電化學(xué)傳感器研究

重金屬離子,尤其是Cd2+,Pb2+和Hg2+,因其高毒性可直接或間接影響人類(lèi)健康,引起世界各地巨大的關(guān)注,因此研究能快速、便捷、靈敏、高效檢測(cè)痕量重金屬離子的電化學(xué)生物傳感器具有重要意義。本論文擬用納米多孔類(lèi)碳糊電極(nanoPPCPE)構(gòu)建電化學(xué)傳感器,用于鎘離子、鉛離子、汞離子檢測(cè);同時(shí)應(yīng)用特異性識(shí)別重金屬離子的核酸適配體修飾電極構(gòu)建鎘離子、汞離子適配體電化學(xué)傳感器,并對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)條件進(jìn)行優(yōu)化。本論文主要研究?jī)?nèi)容如下:1、nanoPPCPE的制備及對(duì)Cd2+、Pb2+和Hg2+的檢測(cè)。制備了以納米碳酸鈣微球?yàn)槟0?石墨粉為填料的nanoPPCPE,實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,nanoPPCPE的電化學(xué)性能明顯優(yōu)于市場(chǎng)所售的玻碳電極和純碳糊電極。將nanoPPCPE應(yīng)用于標(biāo)樣中重金屬離子Cd2+、Pb2+、Hg2+的檢測(cè),結(jié)果表明:能定量檢測(cè)出微量Cd2+和Pb2+
