基于慣性傳感器的帕金森病運(yùn)動(dòng)遲緩量化測(cè)評(píng)方法研究

帕金森病是一種多發(fā)于老年患病人群的神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)功能退行性疾病。運(yùn)動(dòng)遲緩癥狀是帕金森病常見的運(yùn)動(dòng)障礙癥狀,該癥狀可直接影響帕金森病患者的日常生活。運(yùn)動(dòng)遲緩癥狀的臨床評(píng)估方式主要為量表評(píng)估,但量表評(píng)估往往存在診斷結(jié)果主觀性較強(qiáng)、診斷誤差較大的問題。針對(duì)帕金森病運(yùn)動(dòng)遲緩臨床量化診療需求,本文主要以基于慣性傳感器的可穿戴檢測(cè)評(píng)估為方向,設(shè)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)采集方案和實(shí)驗(yàn)環(huán)境,收集帕金森病患者與健康對(duì)照組的臨床信息和運(yùn)動(dòng)數(shù)據(jù),從運(yùn)動(dòng)數(shù)據(jù)中提取能夠表征運(yùn)動(dòng)遲緩的特征參數(shù),構(gòu)建帕金森病運(yùn)動(dòng)遲緩的量化評(píng)估機(jī)器學(xué)習(xí)模型。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)多層感知機(jī)算法(MLP)對(duì)帕金森病患者和正常受試者的分類準(zhǔn)確率達(dá)97%以上,梯度提升迭代決策樹算法(GBDT)對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)遲緩癥狀量化分級(jí)的分類準(zhǔn)確率達(dá)84%以上。本文研究驗(yàn)證了基于慣性傳感器的帕金森病運(yùn)動(dòng)遲緩量化測(cè)評(píng)方法的可行性,所提取的定量指標(biāo)及檢測(cè)方法對(duì)于之后相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的研究和臨床輔助診斷和治療有一定的參考價(jià)值。以下為本文的主要研究工作:(1)深入調(diào)研可穿戴設(shè)備在帕金森病運(yùn)動(dòng)遲緩癥狀量化評(píng)估中的應(yīng)用情況和研究現(xiàn)狀,并針對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)遲緩癥狀構(gòu)建基于多個(gè)傳感器及多個(gè)運(yùn)動(dòng)任務(wù)的量化評(píng)估體系。(2...
