【摘要】：面向患者的智能導(dǎo)醫(yī)系統(tǒng)通過(guò)人工智能技術(shù),依據(jù)患者癥狀計(jì)算可能疾病,引導(dǎo)患者準(zhǔn)確掛號(hào)。目前智能導(dǎo)醫(yī)系統(tǒng)多采用患者輸入描述自身癥狀或者提問(wèn)的方式,該方式易出現(xiàn)患者輸入與醫(yī)學(xué)專(zhuān)業(yè)癥狀詞不匹配的問(wèn)題,導(dǎo)致計(jì)算出的疾病可信度較低。針對(duì)這一問(wèn)題,提出重心后移和醫(yī)學(xué)專(zhuān)業(yè)語(yǔ)料庫(kù)相結(jié)合的方法,對(duì)同義詞匹配,映射出與患者癥狀對(duì)應(yīng)的癥狀詞;根據(jù)癥狀不論重要與否在每一疾病中僅出現(xiàn)一次的特點(diǎn),提出基于患者關(guān)注度的癥狀詞頻計(jì)算方法;針對(duì)傳統(tǒng)TF-IDF算法在待分類(lèi)疾病類(lèi)中數(shù)量分布不均時(shí)提取疾病效果差的問(wèn)題,提出基于疾病類(lèi)間分布的癥狀權(quán)重改進(jìn)算法。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,改進(jìn)算法在疾病推薦正確率和可信度兩方面具有更好的效果。
[Abstract]:The patient-oriented intelligent medical guidance system uses artificial intelligence technology to calculate the possible diseases according to the symptoms of the patients and guide the patients to register accurately. At present, the intelligent medical guidance system mostly uses the patient input to describe its own symptoms or ask questions, which is prone to the problem that the patient input does not match the symptom words of medical specialty, which leads to the low reliability of the calculated diseases. In order to solve this problem, a method of combining backward shift of center of gravity with medical corpus is proposed to match synonyms and map the symptom words corresponding to the symptoms of the patients, and according to the characteristics that the symptoms appear only once in each disease, a method of calculating the frequency of symptom words based on the degree of attention of the patients is put forward. In order to solve the problem that the traditional TF-IDF algorithm has poor effect on extracting diseases when the quantity distribution of disease classes is uneven, an improved symptom weight algorithm based on disease distribution is proposed. The experimental results show that the improved algorithm has better effect on the accuracy and reliability of disease recommendation.
