微懸臂生物傳感器
[Abstract]:Micro-cantilever biosensor is based on atomic force microscope and biosensor. It has many advantages, such as no marking, fast, real-time, high sensitivity and so on. It has been widely used in biomedicine, environmental monitoring, medicine, food and military and other fields. Micro-cantilever biosensor has become a hot research topic at present. In this paper, the research work of micro-cantilever biosensor in recent years is reviewed, and the structure, working mode, excitation method and detection method of micro-cantilever beam in micro-cantilever sensor are summarized. Most of the domestic reviews of micro-cantilever sensors focus on the application progress of micro-cantilever sensors, but lack of a comprehensive and systematic introduction to the detection methods or readout modes of micro-cantilever sensors. In this paper, not only eight detection methods of micro-cantilever sensors are introduced and analyzed in detail, but also a variety of typical dimensions of micro-cantilever sensors are introduced. Appearance and "thermal mode" in the working mode of the micro-cantilever sensor. Aiming at the purpose of realizing specific detection and improving sensitivity of micro-cantilever sensor, this paper summarizes the surface modification method of micro-cantilever sensor, not only introduces the latest application trends of micro-cantilever biosensor at home and abroad, but also introduces a new type of micro-cantilever sensor with self-driving self-sensing function, and discusses the application prospect of micro-cantilever biosensor.
