【摘要】：人工智能是當(dāng)前全球最受關(guān)注的科技前沿,本文通過研究人工智能對當(dāng)今世界經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、技術(shù)進(jìn)步、社會和諧和國家安全的重要作用,指出人工智能是引領(lǐng)世界發(fā)展的新興驅(qū)動力,是我國實(shí)現(xiàn)跨越發(fā)展的難得機(jī)遇。通過分析了我國發(fā)展人工智能所面臨的一系列挑戰(zhàn),建議加強(qiáng)系統(tǒng)布局,落實(shí)新一代人工智能發(fā)展規(guī)劃。提高研發(fā)能力,突破人工智能核心關(guān)鍵技術(shù)。重視教育體系構(gòu)建,培養(yǎng)和引進(jìn)人工智能頂尖人才。創(chuàng)新體制機(jī)制,推進(jìn)人工智能產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展。健全法律法規(guī),加強(qiáng)人工智能風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)測與評估。
[Abstract]:Artificial intelligence is the most concerned frontier of science and technology in the world. by studying the important role of artificial intelligence in the development of world economy, technological progress, social harmony and national security, this paper points out that artificial intelligence is a new driving force leading the development of the world and a rare opportunity for China to realize leapfrogging development. Based on the analysis of a series of challenges faced by the development of artificial intelligence in China, it is suggested that the system layout should be strengthened and the development plan of the new generation artificial intelligence should be implemented. Improve R & D ability and break through the key technologies of artificial intelligence. Attach importance to the construction of the education system, train and introduce top talents of artificial intelligence. Innovate the system mechanism and promote the development of artificial intelligence industry. Improve laws and regulations, strengthen artificial intelligence risk prediction and assessment.
