基于線反電動(dòng)勢(shì)檢測(cè)的無(wú)刷直流電機(jī)無(wú)位置傳感器控制系統(tǒng)仿真新方法

【摘要】:在分析無(wú)刷直流電機(jī)(BLDC)數(shù)學(xué)模型的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了基于線反電動(dòng)勢(shì)過(guò)零法的無(wú)位置傳感器控制系統(tǒng),同時(shí)采用轉(zhuǎn)速和電流雙閉環(huán)控制,使得系統(tǒng)具有更好的穩(wěn)定性。在Matlab/Simulink環(huán)境下,通過(guò)把Simulink模塊庫(kù)中的已有模塊與S函數(shù)相結(jié)合的方法,構(gòu)建了無(wú)位置傳感器控制系統(tǒng)的仿真模型。仿真結(jié)果與理論分析一致,證明了所提出的無(wú)位置傳感器控制系統(tǒng)仿真模型的準(zhǔn)確性。該模型為實(shí)際電機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)提供了指導(dǎo)和參考。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of (BLDC) mathematical model of brushless DC motor, a position sensorless control system based on line back EMF zero crossing method is proposed. At the same time, the speed and current double closed loop control is adopted to make the system have better stability. In Matlab/Simulink environment, the simulation model of sensorless control system is constructed by combining the existing modules in Simulink module library with S function. The simulation results are consistent with the theoretical analysis, and the accuracy of the proposed simulation model of sensorless control system is proved. The model provides guidance and reference for the design of practical motor control system.
