小汽機數(shù)字電液控制系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)化設(shè)計與實施
[Abstract]:In the 1980 's, the DEH, digital electro-hydraulic control system of the steam turbine gradually became the main control system of the steam turbine, and as the technology became more and more mature, the system started to be applied to the small steam turbine. The optimized small turbine speed regulation system was completed by the WOODWARD505 digital speed regulator and its auxiliary interface equipment. After more than ten years of operation, the problem of the speed-regulating system in the control system and the oil system is more and more, and the maintenance cost is very high, affecting the normal operation of the steam-driven feed pump. To this end, we have optimized the project and put it into practice. The paper takes this optimization as an explanatory object, analyzes the function of the original 505 digital speed regulator and the operation condition of the steam turbine of our plant, and introduces the final elimination of the 505 speed regulator through the system optimization, and all the functions of 505 are transplanted in the DCS of the distributed control system. So that the original control function and the diagnosis function are more perfect, and the modified small machine control system is referred to as MEH. And the system is stable and reliable for a plurality of years after the system optimization is modified. This paper provides an example for the optimization and reconstruction of the small turbine speed regulation system, and can also provide some reference for other control system upgrades using 505 speed governor equipment.
