非晶薄帶成型機自動控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:非晶薄帶具有高電阻率、高機電耦合系數(shù)、低溫度電阻系數(shù)、高飽和磁感、低損耗等優(yōu)異的電磁特性,使其在電力電子行業(yè)有著廣泛用途。作為非晶薄帶生產(chǎn)的控制系統(tǒng),其設(shè)計的性能左右著生產(chǎn)帶材的品質(zhì)與效率。目前我國的非晶薄帶控制技術(shù)上仍落后于國外,國內(nèi)絕大多數(shù)生產(chǎn)線效率低、容量小,控制精度低,所生產(chǎn)帶材一致性和尺寸精度差,市場比重低。因此研究一套性能好、精度高、低成本、穩(wěn)定性好、易維護的控制系統(tǒng)具有十分重大的研究價值。本文通過對非晶薄帶的生產(chǎn)工藝的分析與研究,設(shè)計了以西門子S7-300為主核心控制器的非晶薄帶控制系統(tǒng)方案。該方案主要有三部分:硬件方案設(shè)計、系統(tǒng)軟件設(shè)計和張力算法設(shè)計。在硬件方案設(shè)計上充分考慮了系統(tǒng)性能需求、可靠性、穩(wěn)定性及硬件成本等綜合性能。對控制器、變頻器、電機、觸摸屏、上位機等做了選型與分析。搭建了穩(wěn)定、時效高的控制系統(tǒng)通信網(wǎng)絡(luò),設(shè)計了安全可靠的電氣方案。軟件設(shè)計方面,借助西門子STEP7軟件和WinCC組態(tài)軟件開發(fā)平臺,以功能模塊化設(shè)計理念,對系統(tǒng)各子部分進行編程和組態(tài)。主要內(nèi)容包括系統(tǒng)硬件組態(tài)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)組態(tài),包車運動子系統(tǒng)、銅輥修模子系統(tǒng)、抓取卷繞子系統(tǒng)、溫度控制子系統(tǒng)、壓力控制子系統(tǒng)程序設(shè)計,系統(tǒng)的可靠性設(shè)計,設(shè)計了美觀實用的HMI界面和上位機交互界面。在張力控制算法設(shè)計中,分析了非晶帶卷卷繞過程中張力產(chǎn)生的原理,對卷繞過程中動態(tài)轉(zhuǎn)矩與動態(tài)卷徑作了分析計算,提出間接轉(zhuǎn)矩負反饋的恒張力控制方法。采用模糊控制算法應(yīng)用于PID控制器參數(shù)整定,并使用MATLAB工具進行了實驗和仿真分析。引入積分分離控制策略,解決卷繞速度模式切換到轉(zhuǎn)矩模式時積分累積問題。最后將算法在S7-300控制器上實現(xiàn),在實際生產(chǎn)中取得了不錯的效果。本文提出的非晶薄帶成型機自動控制系統(tǒng)方案已通過項目驗收。該方案不僅能提高生產(chǎn)效率與品質(zhì),而且設(shè)備運行穩(wěn)定可靠。在解決卷繞過程中帶材張力不均勻的問題上有理想的表現(xiàn)。
