基于雙控系統(tǒng)的自動(dòng)倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)實(shí)驗(yàn)平臺(tái)

【摘要】:針對(duì)教學(xué)和企業(yè)培訓(xùn)需求,開(kāi)發(fā)了一套集電氣、機(jī)械、氣動(dòng)、觸摸屏、仿真、計(jì)算機(jī)通信技術(shù)于一體的自動(dòng)倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)實(shí)驗(yàn)演示平臺(tái),平臺(tái)以三菱和西門(mén)子PLC為控制核心,通過(guò)4自由度的機(jī)械手完成物料的自動(dòng)存取。平臺(tái)特點(diǎn)是可實(shí)現(xiàn)雙系統(tǒng)聯(lián)合控制、在線仿真和人工智能倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)。本文從平臺(tái)的硬件設(shè)計(jì)、工作過(guò)程、上下位機(jī)編程等幾方面介紹了平臺(tái)的功能和構(gòu)成,最后對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)平臺(tái)的分步教學(xué)作了系統(tǒng)的說(shuō)明。
[Abstract]:In order to meet the needs of teaching and enterprise training, a set of automatic warehousing experiment demonstration platform is developed, which integrates electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, touch screen, simulation and computer communication technology. the platform takes Mitsubishi and Siemens PLC as the control core. The automatic access of materials is completed by a 4-degree-of-freedom manipulator. The platform is characterized by dual system joint control, online simulation and artificial intelligence warehousing. In this paper, the function and structure of the platform are introduced from the aspects of hardware design, working process, upper and lower computer programming and so on. Finally, the step-by-step teaching of the experimental platform is explained systematically.
