基于DRS4波形數(shù)字化的高速數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)設計

【摘要】:針對一些粒子物理實驗中高采樣率、多參數(shù)測量以及長距離傳輸?shù)纫?設計了一套基于DRS4波形數(shù)字化的高速數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)由波形數(shù)字化前端板、高速數(shù)據(jù)傳輸板和上位機軟件組成。測試結果表明,該數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)具有較高的數(shù)據(jù)傳輸速率和較低的誤碼率,采集到的數(shù)據(jù)能很好地重建和還原輸入信號波形。該數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)具有一定的通用性,適用于對采樣率和傳輸距離有較高要求的粒子物理實驗。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the requirements of high sampling rate, multi-parameter measurement and long distance transmission in some particle physics experiments, a high speed data acquisition system based on DRS4 waveform digitization is designed. The system is composed of waveform digital front-end board, high-speed data transmission board and upper computer software. The test results show that the data acquisition system has high data transmission rate and lower bit error rate. The data acquisition system has some generality and is suitable for particle physics experiment with high requirements for sampling rate and transmission distance.
