基于傳感網(wǎng)的大型作業(yè)機械遠程監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)技術研究

【摘要】:隨著我國經(jīng)濟的高速發(fā)展,大型作業(yè)機械在農(nóng)業(yè)、制造業(yè)和建筑業(yè)等國民經(jīng)濟基礎部門起到越來越重要的作用。網(wǎng)絡化、信息化和智能化等技術不斷被引入到傳統(tǒng)的大型作業(yè)機械維護及管理中。本文以傳感網(wǎng)(SensorWeb)為基礎,將遠程定位、移動通信和數(shù)據(jù)處理等多項技術融合到大型作業(yè)機械中,設計了一種軟硬件可裁剪以及實時性較好的大型作業(yè)機械遠程監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)以三星公司的Exynos4412為信息處理中心,通過傳感器網(wǎng)絡將監(jiān)測狀態(tài)信息送入Exynos4412處理器中,并通過通信模塊完成系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)交互。本設計的主要內(nèi)容包括:(1)研究了傳感器網(wǎng)絡(SensorNetwork)的無線和有線網(wǎng)絡構(gòu)建模式,結(jié)合大型作業(yè)機械遠程監(jiān)控的特點,采用CAN總線為傳感網(wǎng)物理層通信方式。設計了遠程監(jiān)控的整體方案,將系統(tǒng)分為傳感器網(wǎng)絡、前端控制器、遠程監(jiān)控中心以及現(xiàn)場監(jiān)控終端。(2)從功能和性能需求出發(fā),進行了系統(tǒng)硬件開發(fā),完成了定位模塊的電路設計,完成了有線通信模塊、無線通信模塊及傳感器網(wǎng)絡通信模塊的硬件電路設計;設計了視頻數(shù)據(jù)、振動數(shù)據(jù)、應力數(shù)據(jù)以及溫度數(shù)據(jù)采集電路;針對大型作業(yè)機械內(nèi)置電源等級設計了通用型電源管理模塊。(3)完成了基于三星Exynos4412平臺的Linux驅(qū)動及內(nèi)核設計,并通過OTG方式進行了系統(tǒng)移植。(4)完成了定位模塊的數(shù)據(jù)分析及軟件設計,設計了無線通信模塊及CAN通信模塊的軟件,設計了視頻及傳感器數(shù)據(jù)采集電路的軟件。(5)設計了前端控制器與遠程監(jiān)控中心的無線通信協(xié)議。最后,將設計的監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)安裝于大型農(nóng)機東方紅LF2204上,通過遠程監(jiān)控中心對遠程監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)進行功能測試。測試結(jié)果表明:該系統(tǒng)能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)大型作業(yè)機械的狀態(tài)信息獲取與遠程控制,為大型作業(yè)機械管理調(diào)度、精密作業(yè)等智能化的管理提供了技術參考。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy, large-scale operation machinery plays a more and more important role in the national economic base sectors such as agriculture, manufacturing and construction. Networking, information technology and intelligent technology are constantly introduced into the traditional large-scale operation machinery maintenance and management. In this paper, based on the sensor network (SensorWeb), the remote positioning, mobile communication and data processing technologies are integrated into the large-scale operation machinery, and a long-distance monitoring system for large-scale operation machinery is designed, which can be trimmed in software and hardware and has good real-time performance. This system takes Exynos4412 of Samsung company as the information processing center, sends the monitoring status information to the Exynos4412 processor through the sensor network, and completes the system data interaction through the communication module. The main contents of this design are as follows: (1) the wireless and wired network construction mode of sensor network (SensorNetwork) is studied. Combined with the characteristics of long-distance monitoring of large-scale operation machinery, CAN bus is adopted as the physical layer communication mode of sensor network. The whole scheme of remote monitoring is designed, and the system is divided into sensor network, front-end controller, remote monitoring center and on-site monitoring terminal. (2) the hardware of the system is developed according to the requirements of function and performance. The circuit design of positioning module and hardware circuit of wired communication module, wireless communication module and sensor network communication module are completed. Video data, vibration data, stress data and temperature data acquisition circuit are designed. A general-purpose power management module is designed for the built-in power level of large-scale operating machinery. (3) the Linux driver and kernel design based on Samsung Exynos4412 platform are completed. The system is transplanted through OTG. (4) the data analysis and software design of positioning module are completed, and the software of wireless communication module and CAN communication module is designed. The software of video and sensor data acquisition circuit is designed. (5) the wireless communication protocol between front-end controller and remote monitoring center is designed. Finally, the designed monitoring system is installed on the large-scale agricultural machinery Dongfanghong LF2204, and the function test of the remote monitoring system is carried out through the remote monitoring center. The test results show that the system can achieve the status information acquisition and remote control of large-scale operation machinery, and provide technical reference for intelligent management of large-scale operation machinery, such as management and scheduling, precision operation and so on.
