基于Web遠(yuǎn)控的ARM數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)研究與設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:面向工業(yè)應(yīng)用中遠(yuǎn)程數(shù)據(jù)采集的需要,設(shè)計(jì)了一種基于以太網(wǎng)技術(shù)的數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)采用ARM芯片STM32F103作為主控制器,采用μC/OS-Ⅲ實(shí)時(shí)操作系統(tǒng)作為系統(tǒng)平臺,移植LwIP協(xié)議棧接入以太網(wǎng)。結(jié)合模塊化設(shè)計(jì)思想提出了整體方案,給出了詳細(xì)的硬件電路,針對性進(jìn)行了軟件功能設(shè)計(jì),實(shí)現(xiàn)了多任務(wù)處理和遠(yuǎn)程控制等功能,解決了傳統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)傳輸實(shí)時(shí)性不強(qiáng)的問題。系統(tǒng)的用戶操作界面使用了Web技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控。試驗(yàn)調(diào)試表明,該系統(tǒng)功能完整,操作簡便直觀,數(shù)據(jù)傳輸可靠穩(wěn)定,具有一定實(shí)際應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
