【摘要】：對(duì)配電網(wǎng)的智能化水平進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),可以有效促進(jìn)智能配電網(wǎng)建設(shè)。介紹了智能電網(wǎng)的特點(diǎn)及發(fā)展優(yōu)勢(shì),闡述了智能配電網(wǎng)的特性,結(jié)合當(dāng)前智能配電網(wǎng)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系的研究情況,從配電網(wǎng)智能化建設(shè)狀況入手,提出了配電網(wǎng)智能化評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,指標(biāo)體系主要體現(xiàn)在智能電表安裝與數(shù)據(jù)利用情況、智能終端、智能變電站、智能診斷、光纖到配變、高級(jí)量測(cè)體系和地理信息系統(tǒng)平臺(tái)覆蓋等方面。采用主成分分析法對(duì)不同地區(qū)的配電網(wǎng)智能化建設(shè)狀況進(jìn)行了評(píng)價(jià)和分析,得出了與智能配電網(wǎng)建設(shè)相關(guān)性較高的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:The evaluation of intelligent level of distribution network can effectively promote the construction of intelligent distribution network. This paper introduces the characteristics and development advantages of the intelligent power grid, expounds the characteristics of the intelligent distribution network, combines the research situation of the evaluation index system of the intelligent distribution network at present, and starts with the status of the intelligent construction of the distribution network. The intelligent evaluation index system of distribution network is put forward. The index system is mainly embodied in intelligent meter installation and data utilization, intelligent terminal, intelligent substation, intelligent diagnosis, fiber-to-distribution transformer. Advanced measurement system and GIS platform coverage. The main component analysis method is used to evaluate and analyze the intelligent construction of distribution network in different areas, and the evaluation index with high correlation with the intelligent distribution network construction is obtained.
