射頻消融儀中監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)的研究
[Abstract]:Radiofrequency ablation apparatus (RFCA) is a new type of tumor therapy instrument in recent decades, especially in the treatment of visceral tumors. Radiofrequency ablation (RFCA) is a physical therapy technique, which is mainly based on the principle of cell death by heat. After many years of research and development, as well as medical clinical trials, radiofrequency ablation technology has become more and more mature. Clinical data show that the technique has the characteristics of small trauma, high safety and obvious therapeutic effect. With the development of the technology, the radiofrequency ablation instrument is developing towards miniaturization, intelligence and low cost. It is more and more not affected by environmental factors and is more convenient to use. The most important thing is that the safety is getting higher and higher, so it has been favored by more and more hospitals and brought the gospel to millions of patients. This paper mainly introduces the monitoring system of RF ablation instrument. It is an important sub-system of RF ablation instrument, which monitors the change of current, voltage and temperature in real-time. Current, voltage and temperature are the three important parameters of radiofrequency therapy. The monitoring system designed in this paper can monitor the voltage value, current value and temperature value of RF ablation instrument in real time, and can also calculate the real-time power. Finally, the working mode of temperature control and power control can be realized by PID controller. Compared with the traditional RF ablation instrument with only power control, it has more function choices and provides more therapeutic options for users. This paper begins with the functional requirement analysis and performance requirement analysis of the monitoring system, presents the overall design scheme of the monitoring system, and introduces the overall framework of the system and the circuit composition of the system. Then the corresponding PCB board is made to form the object. Finally, the monitoring system is assembled into the matching RF ablation apparatus for functional testing and debugging verification. The test results are analyzed and summarized, and the future work is prospected according to the existing shortcomings. After debugging and validating, the monitoring system designed in this paper can make the dual mode switching work under temperature control and power control, enrich the working mode of the device and improve the therapeutic effect of radiofrequency ablation. The monitoring system can monitor the voltage value, current value and temperature value of the erasure instrument normally, and calculate the corresponding power value and transmit it to the upper computer. The system has the outstanding advantages of high intelligence, high precision and high security.
