【摘要】：高維多目標(biāo)優(yōu)化問(wèn)題一般指目標(biāo)個(gè)數(shù)為4個(gè)或以上時(shí)的多目標(biāo)優(yōu)化問(wèn)題.由于種群中非支配解數(shù)量隨著目標(biāo)數(shù)量的增加而急劇增多,導(dǎo)致進(jìn)化算法的進(jìn)化壓力嚴(yán)重降低,求解效率低.針對(duì)該問(wèn)題,提出一種基于粒子群的高維多目標(biāo)問(wèn)題求解方法,在目標(biāo)空間中引入一系列的參考點(diǎn),根據(jù)參考點(diǎn)篩選出能兼顧多樣性和收斂性的非支配解作為粒子的全局最優(yōu),以增大選擇壓力.同時(shí),提出了基于參考點(diǎn)的外部檔案維護(hù)策略,以保持最后所得解集的多樣性.在標(biāo)準(zhǔn)測(cè)試函數(shù)DTLZ2上的仿真結(jié)果表明,所提方法在求解高維多目標(biāo)問(wèn)題時(shí)能夠得到收斂性和分布性都較好的解集.
[Abstract]:The high-dimensional multi-objective optimization problem usually refers to the multi-objective optimization problem when the number of objectives is 4 or more. As the number of non-dominant solutions in the population increases sharply with the increase of the target number, the evolutionary pressure of the evolutionary algorithm is seriously reduced and the solving efficiency is low. In order to solve the problem, a multi-objective problem based on particle swarm optimization is proposed. A series of reference points are introduced into the target space. According to the reference point, the non-dominated solution with both diversity and convergence is selected as the global optimal of the particle. To increase the selection pressure. At the same time, an external file maintenance strategy based on reference points is proposed to maintain the diversity of the final solution set. The simulation results on the standard test function DTLZ2 show that the proposed method can obtain the solution set with good convergence and distribution when solving the high-dimensional multi-objective problem.
